      This company is outrageously raising gas prices. The bill has steadily increased over the past few months and it has now increased by 63% in one month. There has been no change in the usage between this year and last. I do not use the heat at night and use the gas dryer 1 time per week at night. There is no justification for this. I am requesting an audit of alleged usage and time frames for my home. I feel this is an unfair increase for a Retired Air Force senior citizen. I demand a response.

      SWG it’s charging to every house outrageous amount of money, they have to be doing something ilegal, because everyone is complaining that the bill went up 100% more, it is so much inflation in the country that don’t know when will stop, no one cares about us, we can’t even have the heather on a confortable number and be so cold cause the otherwise I can’t pay the bill, it is out of control!

      This company is TRASH. We moved in to our home in February and had a normal bill. Normal bill in March. All of a sudden in April, even though we didn't change anything we had a bill of over $400. They continue to try to blame it on our pool, however our pool has NEVER been heated. Not one time. Each technician that has come out here has said something different and then their office staff also don't know what they are talking about (they tried to tell me my AC was gas and that was the cause of it, but my AC isn't gas). Then a supervisor will call you and argue with you, continue to cut you off and not let you speak. SO unprofessional! This company is absolutely ridiculous.

      Southwest Gas does not let you use VPN to secure your data when logging into their system. If you get a decline message when trying to login using VPN, you will have to disable VPN then login and then reactivate VPN. This does open your system up to attacks while your VPN is disabled but this will be resolved once you enable VPN again. You should enable VPN as soon as you login. Still Southwest Gas should resolve this issue like other companies have. We live in a world where computer attacks are common and getting worse each year. VPN is really the only thing that can protect you. My advice is for everyone to get a VPN service if they don’t already have one!

      Make an appointment for open the service for my apartment, and ask a technician to get a key from the office. When a technician came, the staff is out for work, a technician just left without call me. Then I need to reschedule and stay cold for many days. Bad service

      Southwest gas contractors, Heath Consultants, caused damage to my water main by puncturing a hole through it and then doing a faulty repair that leaked and caused high water bill and letter from Las Vegas Valley Water District informing me of the leak and my having to turn the water to my home off for 3 days in triple digit temperatures until I could get a plumber out to fix the issue which cost me $595.00 and higher a higher water bill for 2 months while the leak went undetected until LVVWD informed me by letter that I had a leak. I have made documentation with LVVWD and Southwest Gas on 03/22/2022 the day the damage was caused and inadequate repair was done by Alex ******** / Brian ****** an employee of Heath Consultants, a contractor of Southwest Gas, and witnessed by Cody ** Hollis crew leader/construction Southern Nevada Division to which Mr. ****** gave me his business card and said if there is any trouble that he would be witness to said events on 03/22/2022 at my home address **** ***** Circle Las Vegas NV XXXXX. I contacted SWGas to notify them of the continued water main leak and inadequate repair of the damaged water main on 06/17/22 and they documented with an operator named Serenity who then sent email to supervisors about the situation but she stated to me there is no claim number until the supervisor contacts me via email to which I am still waiting a response. That same day 06/17/2022 I contacted Las Vegas Valley water authority and explain to them my situation with Southwest Gas again and asked they not penalize me for water overusage due to the leak and then I shut the water off from the main to the house and went without water for three days until I could get a plumber out to fix the leak to the water main. The repair bill came to $595.00 and the job was done by Sanderson Plumbing and water treatment. I notified Southwest gas of the repair and the bill and the report to their compensation department was made by Michael **** but have not heard back
