I recently moved to ****** and was told that my rear brakes needed to be changed. I made an appointment and dropped off the car on 3/16/24. 3/16 730 am -drop off vehicle 3/16 afternoon hours- ***** service manager calls to inform me that the mechanic broke the ebcm and they would replace it at no cost to me but the car wouldnt be ready until Monday. He speaks to my husband and offers Uber ride d/t not having rentals.3/18-i call ***** and left vm to return my call so I could explain HIPPA and how I cant do home health PT using Uber/anytype of rideshare 3/18 -entire day I called the service hotline and left messages and asked for updates to which they said they did not have at the time.3/19- I call again. Ask to speak to manager again & no return calls. I did receive a text in the afternoon saying my car was ready. we go in person, I told him I want to speak to a manager. To which he states I should be thankful they replaced the part. The part that THEY broke. He says theyll consider giving me a free oil change.We get home and notice that night theres a major oil leak. The mechanic ****** sent us a video that states an oil leak looks to be forming but from one day to the next there is a lot of oil in my garage.3/20- I call corporate 3/22- while I am driving to my job the brake light comes on, the car states to service ESC, the traction light comes on & it also says low brake fluid. My car at this time is unable to keep traction with turns and curves.3/23- take the car in to be checked. 3/24 ******** sends me a text saying the vehicle is ready. When we arrive and asked what was fixed he states he does not know but that we will receive an email with information. When asked how could this be, he states that he has no knowledge of what was done and when the mechanic is done with the report we will be emailed.
