      Was very disappointed in the service. Had a flat tire on a car I bought there that only had 25,000 miles. First appointment they cancelled. Second appointment I left it the night before, were not complete when I went back right before they closed. They told me the tire had a hole in the sidewall and could not be repaired. When I requested a picture, the hole was not in the sidewall. Had a new tire put on. After I left, they never balanced the tire, it is shimmying. Not satisfied with not honoring appointments, lying, and inadequate service.

      My husband brought in our 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT on 1/3/24 after experiencing a problem w/ the transmission causing the vehicle to go into "limp mode", a default security feature when an issue is detected. They ran a diagnosis & took a sample of the transmission fluid. The service tech John said it contained "debris" & was very adamant that he "strongly recommend" we replace the transmission. Using whatever technicalities based on his interpretation of the diagnostic codes, he said the trans would either need to be taken apart to examine or replaced entirely. He also said that he had seen this issue in other vehicles of the same make/model, causing us to question the integrity of the vehicle. In the end we just questioned John's integrity. He did not recommend any alternatives such as first flushing the trans, and was persistent in telling both my husband and myself when I spoke to him to hear his explanation on why paying $8,000+ was our only option, that he actually "advised against" doing a flush first before we forked up that kind of money. Regardless we told him we're going to take our chances and just flush it. John was not confident it would work insisting the issue would occur again. John also enticed replacing the trans by offering a 20% discount provided by the computer system they used to quote prices. In the end, we only did the flush, and now 2 weeks later the vehicle is running better than before, and one would think that had a trans been so shot that it needed to be replaced with no advisable alternative, that whatever the initial "diagnosis" was would have occurred again soon after. We feel that we were potentially coerced into paying an exorbitant amount of money to replace a part that did not need replacing & have now lost any confidence & reassurance in taking our vehicles to a dealership with the wariness that we 1) cannot trust their assessments & 2) will be taken advantage of making them no better than the scummiest mechanic out there.

      Worst experience ever at a car dealership! Left bolt's loose on my transmission after it was replaced there and I had to pay for the rent a car while they kept my truck for 4 days. Scratched my truck and did a shit job fixing it.

      I purchased a vehicle from AutoNation Buick GMC on Sahara, in Las Vegas NV. Less than 24hours later there was a horrible clunking noise everytime we accelerated, we called our salesman and he had us bring it the following Monday. This would be the 1st of FIVE times we had to take our vehicle in to be serviced.
      We were told the motor mounts were bad, the truck was in their shop for 5 days for this and they replaced them and we took our truck home. We've put less than 3,000 miles on our truck but it has been in the shop 4 more times, each time for no less than 5 days. Each time we took it back it was for the same issue. The check engine light would flash, the truck would go into 'limp mode' which caused us to lose all power and in turn cause driveability issues. This could occur while going 20 MPH down a road or even down the freeway at 80 MPH, essentially leaving us at a near dead stop in the middle of whatever road/highway we were on. We have had the truck in their shop for a total of 3 and a half weeks, they have never been able to figure out the actual problem with it, but have used my warranty to replace 2 parts, neither of which fixed the issue.
      The last time we took our vehicle in we were basically told by John Wong in service, that there was nothing they could do for us. He then told my husband that if it made him happy they would just continue to 'throw parts at it, as long as our warranty company allowed it'. This morning 8/30/2022 my husband went back AGAIN in an effort to possibly get some sort of apology instead, when speaking to the Service Manager Mike he was told that 'he didn't know what he wanted from him' and 'we got at least 300 miles in between each time the light went on' as if that was something we should feel lucky to have.
      He said would 'throw us 2 free oil changes'. for all the past months of hassel. No apology, no explanation for the rude interactions we received from John, no explanation why we could never get a call back.

      we had this truck here. it was an intermittent problem we were dealing with. every couple hundred miles the problem would occur and when in the shop would not act up for us when here. we replaced couple parts just based on dtc's set. trying make customer happy. customer is our main goal. he said he went to other shop and had it fixed in 15 minutes. which if it acted up for them when in their shop is always best. we offered couple of free oil changes for his inconvenience but he did not want them.
