10/19/23 Drop off vehicle at 10:00AM Advisor informed me airbag issue would take a few hours; potentially complicated. Informed by advisor at 5:00PM that additional repairs are required. Informed by advisor at 5:00PM, waiting on ******** approval for repairs. One would think that the advisor would have informed me of the status that approval from ******** was pending; spent 7 hours waiting in lobby. 10/20/23 Wait for service call from advisor starting from 7:00AM 12:30PM I call to inquire of status; nobody answers; left voice-mail. 01:30PM Received service call, still waiting for approval from ********; I created an account with ********; status appears to be approved. 02:30PM I call to see if ******** made approval. Service advisor not available. Left voice-mail and said I'd call back in 30 minutes. 03:00PM I called to check on status; service advisor not available. Left voice mail with information about email from ********. 04:30PM Received service call; advisor said ******** made approval; advisor said vehicle would be completed on Saturday. 10/21/23 01:20PM I called to check on status; nobody knows anything; spoke to a different service advisor, said to check back on Monday. 10/23/23 11:00AM I called to check on status; nobody answers. 11:07AM I called main customer service line to ask if they could help; customer service called, and they too are unable to reach anyone in Service department. 11:40AM I called dealer; no answer; left message with advisor; waiting again. 01:00PM I called dealer; someone actually answered, a different service advisor; he said my service advisor was not in today. He said my vehicle was in the work queue. He said to call back tomorrow around 08:30AM when my service advisor gets in. Cry wolf. Logically/dispassionately, would anyone reading this conclude that my complaints are unreasonable? In 20+ years taking my vehicle for service at various places, this is completely a unique and baffling experience.Review from Cesar T

Buyer beware, our deal was disheartening. While living in Japan my wife and I searched for months for cars that were available. She finally coordinated with someone here that the car she wanted would be delivered sometime in the end of June or early July. Trying to get someone to take a deposit was a task in itself. We were buying the vehicle from out of state. After finally securing the vehicle via deposit, signing a "sales menu", which essentially supplies a vin number, trim type, and tint cost, we thought we had secured the car. The sales manager stated it would be held for a week once it arrived. This was signed on or around 11 June. We initially stated we could be there as early as 25 June or 1 July to pick up the vehicle. This aligned with the company holding the car a week. We understand people want to make money and we weren't going to not come. Nissan informed us the car arrived on the 24th. We contact Nissan the morning of the 25th and inform them that we are on our way. The salesman tells us the car was sold to someone else. We ask to speak to a manager. We were told that two deposits were held on the vehicle. We were then told it was the General Managers decision to do this and that there was nothing we could do. My wife asks to speak to the GM and this dude never bothers to even apologize for this incident. Luckily for us it worked out. But, Mr. Ali Azubaidi was promised the same car with his deposit as well. The car had a congratulations for your new car placard on it with his name when we arrived. I would avoid this dealership if possible. Clearly the current environment provided an opportunity for the dealership to be at an advantage. One day that will shift. When it does, just realize that given the chance to do the unethical thing the GM will make that choice. Final note, the last salesman, Lavell, was apologetic cause he understood just how shady and likely illegal the whole situation was. Thanks to him for being a goodAutoNation Nissan Las Vegas Response

Richard Ogden I apologize you feel this dealership took advantage of you and your wife, I am more than happy to speak with you both.
In these times where our competitors are charging additional dealer markups to customers for 2022 Rouges, we chose not too, The information I received about the timing of this unit being picked up was later this week but no later than July 2, 2022. I have the identical vehicle to yours coming in transit June 28 or 29th, which would have been for you and your wife. It just so happened the team called me on Saturday morning and advised me, you and your wife were making the trip up from California, I immediately released the vehicle to you folks.
Once again I sincerely apologize for the lack of great communication,
Thank you for business and have a safe and wonderful 4th of July week

My husband and I wasted all afternoon looking, test driving, and picking out a used car for him. We test drove a couple but really liked the 2019 Altima. We agree on the price and fit into financing where this high pressure, almost bully type aggression, to buy the extended warranty. We both were not interested. Saying no multiple times. Finally I reached my boiling point when the general manager comes in and lowers the price. Nope! Still not interested. I threaten to walk and they were like ok. I turned around and said we will sign right now to the terms we agreed on but no extended warranty. They said ok? Bye then. Rude! High pressure! I've bought an FJ and a 4Runner from auto nation Toyota and they were more professional than Autonatuon Nissan. They were very unprofessional and rude. Never again will I enter any auto nation ever again.AutoNation Nissan Las Vegas Response

My apologies to both Stephen and Hector,
Purchasing a vehicle should be a happy occasion, especially your first. We did not deliver a peerless process and there fore lost our opportunity to sell these customer a vehicle.
The finance manager must present ALL after market products to every customer, the customer always has to the right to decline all products. This is where the tension got heated and the customer hit his boiling point and we decided not to move forward any more with the sale. The customer stood up and told his husband there were done and no longer wanted the vehicle. We parted ways with no sale.
If I can assist the customer in way in the future, I will personally assist.
