Complaint Details:I am writing to file a complaint against Cadillac of Las Vegas located on W. Sahara. I experienced significant issues with my car and scheduled an appointment for diagnosis. However, it took 20 phone calls and 27 texts to coordinate with the service technician.Despite being told the repairs would take a short time, it took them 3 days to address the issue. Upon receiving my vehicle, I noticed that the same issues persisted, albeit less severe than before. I called to schedule another appointment with ********, one of the technicians, who seemed frustrated with the situation. ******** insisted that I come in to explain the issues to the manager, despite my previous detailed explanation.She also mentioned that since they did not manufacture the vehicle, I should contact GM Corporation directly. Upon doing so, GM Corporation informed me that the dealer is privately owned, and suggested I file a complaint with their general manager. I attempted to reach the general manager, but he was unavailable. The secretary assured me that he would return my call, but I have not received any response for several days.Given the lack of interest in properly repairing my vehicle, I am requesting $1,800 from the dealer to cover repairs elsewhere. It is important to note that the repairs should be covered under warranty, as my initial contact with them was when my vehicle had less than ****** miles, and the issues stemmed from their first repair attempt.
