      2020 Ford Expedition. Had my car for over 2 months for repair. They serviced it prior and said their work was covered for 2 years, until I came back in with the same problem. Then it was only 1 year that they covered. They’re the worst dealer I’ve ever dealt with. I advise everyone to stay away from this place.

      Deceiving listed prices. On Sat, Feb 17, 2024 I tested a Ford Fusion 2014, sticker price $7200. I asked the rep about reducing the selling price and he tild me the car is already heavily discounted for quick sell, so he wouldn't lower it. 2 days later I returned to buy the car at the listed price and was surprised to leader that the actual price is around $11000. Apparently the label on the vehicle was wrong. The reason is they have a third party company printing those prices. I left disappointed and will never come back. I have a picture of the label on the car if anyone interested.

      Terrible Customer Service. I brought my car in specifically for: 1. a tire pressure sensor issue, and 2. a check engine light. The car was there for 4 days, and the service technician specifically told me that the tire pressure sensors were all re-set and everything was fine. He then told me that the check engine light didn't show up when they "hooked" up the car. However, when they dropped my car off both problems were still active on my car's display. Obviously, the technician lied to me about the fixes and the engine situation. I won't be going back there for service, and I doubt I will ever buy a Ford again.

      HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They have had my 2017 F150 for 51/2 weeks now and STILL HAVE NOT LOOKED AT IT! I was told that it would be about a week to 10 days before they could look at it. The service writer Jesus **** does not return phone calls and has lied to me 3x now. I have to go down to the dealer and talk to him in person and he never makes eye contact while talking to you. The General Manager Bill ****** does not call you back either. Guess what you 2? I WAS going to trade my truck in and get a 2023 F150 from you but you lost that sale! You have no clue what customer service means. I wonder if the owner of FREINDLY FORD knows whats going on at their dealership. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE IN FOR SERVICE! ****** reviews for them and you will see Im not the only one! Even the BBB has complaints on them.

      We purchased a 2020 Ford Expedition from Friendly Ford for a price of $64,500. History of poor transmissions in this vehicle. A number of lawsuits against Ford due to this faulty transmission. This vehicle is a safety hazard I have five kids aged 1, 4, 13, 18, and 22. My wife will not allow the kids to drive in the vehicle due to the fear of the transmission failing. We have had repeated incidents when the vehicle will hesitate when making a turn or accelerating to get onto the freeway. The product is faulty and Ford cannot fix it despite repeated attempts 10R80 transmission. That is the transmission Ford put into F150s, Expeditions, and other vehicles from 2017 to current. The transmission is terrible. Ford is facing a number of class action lawsuits because of this transmission. I was one of the hundreds of thousands of people Ford has defrauded with this transmission. I bought a 2020 Expedition from Friendly Ford in 2020 for $64,500. The state of my vehcle today is it has 55.500 miles on it and it is a death trap. I complained to Ford 5 times about the transmission. Problems started immediately. Ford has completed major repairs on the transmission 3 times and has never been able to fix it. I have 5 children and my wife will no longer drive the car with the kids in it. Some of the particular scary moments we have had in the car are when it hesitates and will not go into gear, imagine making a left turn in a busy intersection and you step on the gas and the car hesitates as oncoming traffic is coming at you. Recently was on the freeway and a semi did not see me and was coming over into my lane I floored it and the vehicle did not respond. I had to swerve onto the shoulder to avoid the accident. Ford knows this transmission is bad yet Ford just attempts to make it as hard as possible to beat them in court. Avoid Fords at all costs do your research and buy from another company..

      Horrible, just don't go there for any repair. Have never in my 66 years been treated with such disrespect. Owned a lot of cars In my day & suffice it to say this is like going down a rabbit hole & cannot find the way back up.

      This is a review of the service department and the response from them when trying to get service booked. The lady that responded, basically said (and I paraphrase), that you have hand them $300 (WITHOUT THEM PAYING INTEREST), only to hold your car for TWO-THREE WEEKS just to get the evaluation of what's wrong. That doesn't account for repair time or time waiting for parts. So, I strongly recommend you don't use this place until they figure out how to organize work. People who just need basic maintenance should not be occupying the fix bays, and if you've got that many people coming to you for repairs, you need to hire more techs or expand your service center. Point: do something to be able to serve your customers in 2-3 days, not WEEKS.

      Have 2013 Ford Focus transmission troubles had the car for 3 months waiting for parts got it back air bag on switch on steering wheel don't work jarred said bring it back took it back they replaced switch had the car for 3 more weeks said car was fixed button still don't work air bag light on hill Assist light on in Eco mode won't come off was told to get car out jarred also told me to sell the car now before all this work was done Warranty Company paid 3000 dollars to fix I paid over 400 dollars car still not fix

      There were multiple issues with the vehicles and Mr. ********** aftermarket warranty would only provide coverage for the repair done. Mr. ******* declined to have additional work done.

      Never declined work when car went in for Transmission work under warranty work came out with more issues then went in air bag light on control on left side of steering wheel don't work said they fix it still don't work transmission still not right when it went in for repair every thing work before

      Terrible service department at Friendly Ford. I brought in my 2016 Ford Escape to them 10/8/21 because my car was having transmission issues and wouldn't start or turn on. They took a look at my car for a week and at the end of the week they told me the entire transmission needed to be replaced and that it would cost over $7000 to fix it with a refurbished transmission. I stated then that I would not like to repair it and would like to sell it if the offer was right. Max, a sales consultant, offered $800 for the car, which I later found out that the consultant never looked at the car and only talked to Ed ******* the service consultant, about what was wrong with the car. After contacting people, the manager George ****** finally came back and called me saying he would give me max $5000 for the car and stated, again, that his guys had never looked at the car and just gave me a garbage deal. I stated that I didn't want to sell the car at that price and would fix it at another mechanic shop. I wanted to tow it 10/30/21 to another mechanic shop but he wouldn't let me because I had never paid the "diagnostic fee". After inquiring what the diagnostic on my car was (because I had always been told that they didn't know what was wrong with the car and just "hoped" a new transmission would fix the problem), George ****** stated he didn't know because the mechanic never wrote his notes on the car. VERY ILLEGAL to not have notes on what you did to a person's car and inevitably charge them. Nevertheless, I will be suing them for financial fraud and will be asking for the mechanic's "notes" when he gets in on Monday.

      Customer signed for a $400 diagnosis. When diagnosed the customer declined any repairs. She had her vehicle towed out and paid $225 for the diag instead of the $400 she agreed to.
