Dear BBB,Merchant: Omnia Night ClubTransaction 03/25/22Disputed Amount: $2,593The following 3 pages shows communication and receipts that the agreed-upon base fee for the reservation was $6,000. This is shown in the communication between the promoter and I, the promoter and his uppermanagement, the price on the website and most importantly the original ticket shown on page 4. Omnia Nightclub not only charged me an additional $1,000 on my base price but subsequently all thetaxes, fees, and tip associated. The revised calculations are shown in blue. The waitress who assisted me that night was told several times to stick to our $6,000, and that we did not want additional charges. She was persistent in telling me that my signature was not accepted and that I needed to re-sign several times. She assured me I was not signing for additional charges, and in fact, stated we had not met our minimum. She repeatedly heckled me, and at one point followed me to the bathroom, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I signed under the false pretenses that my signature was rejected, not knowing she was adding a $950 bottle of wine onto my tab. I am deeply frustrated that Omnia Nightclub condones deceptive business practices.Sincerely,***********************
