      On August 24th, 2024, I signed up for a 12 week plan with MAD MUSCLES. When I checked out, I was charged for the 12 week plan. I did not agree to order anything from Unimeal, I did not order any additional products such as PDFs or any sort of meal plan. Immediately after completing my purchase for the 12 week Mad Muscles workout plan I saw another charge for $29.99 come through my bank account. I did not authorize this charge and immediately contacted support to dis-Ute it and requested a refund. Mad Muscles has refused to refund my money. These are deceptive business practices and the company is engaging in fraud. I want my entire order for both the 12 week plan and the order for Unimeal refunded and refuse to do any future business with this company at all.

      I am rejecting this response because: I was charged for PDFs I did not order, and charged for a Unimeal subscription I did not order and those were in addition to my Mad Muscles subscription that I DID order. You have now cancelled my Mad Muscles subscription in addition to refunding me for the $29.99 I was charged in error. 

      in total I was charge $25 for Mad Muscles and $29.99 for Unimeals and the ***** you have now canceled what I did pay for so I will need the whole amount I paid $25 + $29.99 refunded. You have issued a refund for the $29.99 so I will need the remaining $25 refunded since I never used ANY of the stuff I was charged for.

      Apparently I bought a subscription two years ago. I received a few emails from them for only two weeks after that in 2022never a single one after that. I happened to check my bank account today and saw they took out a renewal fee. I tried to cancel, following their online instructions only to get a page saying the page doesnt exist. I have emailed them, but as I told them had I received an email last year that they had taken money out of my account, I would have cancelled at that time. This is a ripoff. They need to be investigated.

      I am rejecting this response because: Although I am told that a refund was issued, there has been NO activity or notification in my bank account as such.

      Unimeal fails to admit that there was no page available to cancel the subscription, nor do they admit that their lack of communication for TWO YEARS allowed them to take money from my account every six months without my knowledge. What company doesnt send communications AT ALL to the people who have subscriptions to their services? This borders on the edge of fraud IMHO  

      I will update this complaint after a refund has been received

      I purchased the app and an additional feature which came to over $50. After having had a chance to look at what the app had to offer, I decided that it was not the right fit for me and requested a refund within 24 hours of purchase. Ive contacted customer support on multiple occasions. They tell me that my situation does not qualify for a refund and will not tell me why my situation does not qualify for a refund or what I can do to qualify for a refund I would like a full refund for both features of the app

      One day I look in my bank account and see that i have a charge for $15.19 or something similar from unimeal. I then decide to message them or contact them. There is no phone line and only email. Next thing I see a $39 charge to my account. I email again to hear they are sorry I have to pay. I still do not know what this company is and or why they are charging me.

I tried doing this myself with no luck from the company so I am sad that i had to go through the BBB in order to receive my money back. I did not have any idea what kind of company this is until just mentioned in this letter that it was a meal plan. I would only pay for a meal plan if food was mailed to my home. I definitely do not need this app.

      I was looking into this service, but in order to view any details you have to sign up and give your credit card info. They immediately charged me 3 separate times, totaling to ****** CAD. When I attempted to choose a plan, I was told I needed to download the app. After that, I was told that the service wasn't available in my area, so I canceled my subscription. I wanted to deactivate my account, but you can only do that on the app but the app wont let you back in if you canceled your subscription. I emailed support and asked for a refund as I couldn't even use the service, and all their responses were run around "we'll get back to you" answers. I finally was able to deactivate my account, but still no refund. They've replied to almost every review I have made saying email them to discuss things further, but then they don't respond to the email. They are scammers, and I am going to make that known wherever I can. No one else should fall for this.

      I downloaded the Unimeal app and decided it wasnt for me so, I canceled my subscription. Upon cancellation I got a message that said, sorry to see you go however, have three free months on us. I ignored this message as I did not have any need for the app. Three months later I received a charge from Unimeal for $29.99. I contacted them and reminded them that I did cancel my subscription however, they refused to refund me.

      I downloaded his app. After a week I deleted the app and canceled my subscription. They went and charged my checking account. I went and attempted to cancel my subscription on their website but instead have frozen it to prevent me from canceling. I have e-mailed them to cancel and instead send me back to their website to cancel.

      I signed up for Unimeal so that I could use the weight tracker, meal planning and fitness parts of the app. I signed on for a plan for $19.99/month on December 6, 2023. This was a 1 month subscription with automatic monthly renewal until canceled. On May 20, 2024, I was going through credit card statements and realized that I was charged the following each month by Unimeal.12/6/23: $9.99 12/6/23: $19.99 12/6/23: $26.28 1/6/24: $49.98 2/5/24: $49.98 3/6/24: $49.98 4/5/24: $49.98 5/5/24: $49.98 As you can see, I was overcharged every single month of the subscription. I reached out multiple times to the company, but they never responded to my inquiries. I disputed the portions of the each monthly charge that exceeded $19.99 with my credit card company, but Unimeal is making the process incredibly difficult. In fact, though I was only disputing the charge amount above $19.99, they immediately canceled my subscription without any notice. As I was in the middle of the program, on May 29, 2024, I attempted to resubscribe to the $19.99 program, and was charged a total of $55.96 in two separate charges, both on May 30, 2024.I have attached the email with my initial subscription and am asking to be refunded $206.21 for the difference in the subscription price and what I was charged, as well as the May 30 $55.96 charge, for a total of $262.17. Please also cancel my subscription entirely as the frustration with my overcharging now exceeds the benefit I am getting from the program.

      I was online signing up for a Pilates exercise program for $15.95 and when I clicked Apple Pay it charged me $55.19 for a Unimeal program which I do not even what it was and it has a recurring fee of $66 . I have went to their website to cancel it says to cancel in your apple settings but it doesnt even show up there! There is no phone number to call to cancel I looked one up and it just rings
