I went to Valvoline for an oil change and while getting an oil change, one of my brake lights was out on the driver side, so I paid for the oil change, and I was looking at the receipt and I noticed that they didnt charge for a brake light so I asked are you guys going to replace the brake light he replies yes, so they give me another invoice. It was $15 for just the brake light. Meanwhile, when he was changing my brake light, he pulls my whole light apart. He takes off the front cover that protects the weather and water getting inside your light. ****** ripped the light off to change the center lightbulb and I seen all this, but you cant get off of the dock and say anything anyhow I didnt think of anything of it at first, but I noticed he put the cover on my light, one of the employees called him out and he just placed it on there so I leave when Im driving off the cover of my light falls into the street and gets ran over. I immediately turn around and go ask him about this to file a complaint , the person that ripped the light apart is the person that greets me instead of a manager one of the employees said they would get a manager instead of letting me file a claim he made me write my phone number and email down on a piece of paper, he wouldnt even provide paper for me to do this so he said oh usually takes us two days to get the light will call you this happened on Saturday so Monday comes along. I dont hear anything. I call corporate and I told corporate about what happened. corporate says theyll call me on Wednesday. Meanwhile, today is Thursday. I still havent got a phone call from them , I just want my money for the repairs. I had to take money out of my pocket and buy a whole new light so rain doesnt get in my light and ruin my electrical. There was witnesses and employees to this and I dont understand why nobody stepping up and doing anything about this? I filed a complaint and still havent heard anything.Business response

The guest did purchase the replacement part for the light housing and provided the invoice to our ************* team and a reimbursement check for $63.76 was mailed to the guest on 4/30/24. Checks typically take 7-10 business days to be delivered, so if the guest has not received the check please advise them to contact our ************* team at ************. This case has been resolved and closed.
