On 4/20 I purchased leggings which I received on 4/24. Prior to purchasing them I read their return policy by going under the "Info" section to the page labeled "Return Policy". There I could see that returns were accepted within 30 days with the exception of Gift Cards, Items not returned in their original condition and Items returned more than 30 days after delivery. I tried on the leggings after receiving them and they did not fit well. I read the information within my email from the purchase to find out how to return them and it lead me back to their site under the "Help" section to the "Returns and Refunds" page. When I went on to the page and it required that I put in my order number and email address. After putting that in and it took me to another page, I noticed that the option to select the leggings for return was greyed out. Below it was a link to a return policy. This policy was completely different from the one on their main page under the info section. This particular policy listed Gift Cards and Discounted Items as non-refundable. I reached out twice (4/25 and 4/27) to the email that they have listed as their contact method. So far I have yet to receive a response. I do not feel that it is fair for me not to be able to receive a refund for this item when "Discounted Items" is not listed as a Non-Returnable Item in their Return Policy on their main page. I am seeking assistance with getting a refund for this item.
