Company would not accept a return or refund my money for ill-fitting slides. Their website says hassle-free returns within 30 days but only gave me a hassle. They wanted me to keep them and order another pair for shipping costs only ($9.95), no refund. The next offer was for a free pair and keep the first pair, no refund. The last offer I received was to refund half of the money and keep the slides. I disputed the charge with my credit card company for, in essence, a full refund and I am done. I gave one star rating only because mandatory to select one! I will never do business with them again.Review from Benjamin T

Color faded on 1st wear. After sending pictures of how much the slides faded. Customer service argued with me that I ordered a white pair. I told her to check my order. I did not order a white pair. That's how much the shoes faded. Been speaking with them for 2 weeks now. The only thing they offered was I could buy another pair half off. Do Not Buy from thecloudslides.com. it is not the original pillow slide store. Terrible quality. Terrible customer service.Review from Jill S

Stay away from this business and order your cushion slides off ****** where at least if they send the wrong size or a poorly made product you know you will get a refund. This place is run by thieves in my opinion. They sent the wrong size for my son’s order and for my order the size was right but there was no cushion …basically molded rubber. Their website states complete satisfaction or full refund within 30 days. BUT….. you have to email them and ASK for a refund. Then they take a few days to email you back and when they do they ask you to EXPLAIN what is wrong and to send PICTURES. UMMM….**** no. I immediately called by cc company and did a chargeback. Poor quality products. Shady business practices. The shoes are made of an uncomfortable plastic material. I asked for a refund after one day of wear and they send emails back and forth asking me if I would want a new pair 'for free' and would pay for shipping myself. They kept asking if I wanted to gift these to someone as they 'make excellent gifts' I informed them clearly that I was not satisfied with the quality of their products and wanted a refund and return the shoes. For refunds, they asked that the shoes be totally unworn (not sure why anyone would return shoes without even wearing them) and do not provide shipping labels. I do not believe the positive reviews at all. This is a very shady company based out of China. Avoid at all costsReview from mick r

I ordered a pair of shoes because a friend recommended them to me, but they are too big and feel terrible. I contacted the company about trying to return them and they are impossible to deal with. Despite the online policy that says you can return them, they have emailed me 3 times giving me the runaround trying to encourage me to get another pair instead for $9.95 and I have no interest in trying another pair. Not only that, they will spam you with emails and advertisements. I have no interest in ever purchasing from them again but I probably can never get rid of them. I unsubscribed and still received a sales email. Also, there's no opportunity for me to post a review on their website. You can see their reviews are totally skewed to somehow all 4 and 5 starts... not truthful at all.Review from Rosemarie H

Being a first time buyer of Cloud Slides I followed their instructions for finding my size. I bought two got one pair free. When they arrived I discovered that they were a half size too small. I emailed the company and inquired about their exchange policy a couple of times. What I received in return was the offer to keep them to give as gifts and purchase another pair for 1/2 price. This email/customer service from Jennifer Miller was very frustrating and extremely unhelpful. With that response I wanted to return them for a full refund but received the same reply - that I keep them and buy another pair. Feeling like I had no options I agreed to buy a pair for 1/2 price. Then I found out they wanted me to pay full price and they’d reimburse me. I became so frustrated with this company I decided to call the Better Business Bureau to see if there is any recourse. People need to be warned about their terrible customer service and zero “return” policy. Thank you for taking the time to read my complaint against Cloud Slides. Horrible Ordered May 31 at and no shoes today june 16th I look at tracking and it ends on July 12th Non answered phone Voice message machine .
