      In March 2023 I started a trial with no notification it would be automatically reoccurring. I did not access the site after day 2 because the site kept bombing out on me. I requested phone support but this never happened. I had surgery shortly after and just got back on my feet several months later to find Gearbubble has been charging me 97 per month to my credit card for 7 months. I am ready to file a dispute with my credit card company but hoping we can resolve this here.

      I do appreciate your quick response and I am sure this is an oversight. 

      I see that you have refunded 6 pmts of 97. and I do thank you, but please refund the 7th. The total charged to my card was $679. You have only refunded 6 pmts. 

      I am will be happy to resolve this as soon as the remainder $97 comes through.

      If you look in the screenshot, you'll see there are 7 payments that were refunded. There's nothing left to refund.

      I suggest you contact your bank to find out about all 7 that were refunded.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      I did not see the 7th credit because it came on a seperate date.

      GearBubble promised to generate a sale within 90 days after purchasing their $1997 AutoStore and they offered double your money back if this sale does not happen. After more than 90 days had passed with no sale, I requested the refund. The response I got admitted fault, citing an acquisition that had caused them difficulty delivering on the promise. They asked if I would be willing to give it another try. I declined and requested a refund. I was then told it would be referred over to a manager. I did not hear back from anyone, nor did I receive my refund. I followed up, and their support team strung me along just long enough where I could no longer simply file a charge-back. After that, the company has been non-responsive despite my contacting them a dozen times. We are now reaching the 1 year mark. They've admitted fault, provided no guidance, ignored me, and failed to issue my refund. By the way, the phone number listed for Gearbubble, LLC on the BBB is not in service. No phone number is listed on their website that I can find. I contacted GearBubble by email on at least 16 different occasions over the past 6 months, being ignored the majority of the time. And the rare occasions i did receive a response it was always waiting on word from the manager. Requests to contact the manager directly were also ignored.

      I bought a variety of software training/integration programs that were part of something called ******************* ***** from Rachel ****** and Don ****** at Gearbubble. The idea was they assist with developing & setup of online stores on ******* ***** **** and ******** Then, teach me to make designs I can upload to Gearbubble's integration software to sell in those stores & Gearbubble prints & ships the items once they have been paid for. I let them know BEFORE I bought into the whole thing that I am a tech IDIOT & I have a TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) so I would ABSOLUTELY NEED my hand held through the entire process of store set up into the first sale. I was assured that was going to be done, so I bought in. I have invested thousands of dollars between the training, integration software, access fees, in addition to the internet and a computer. So I did all of that and in an effort to expedite the order fulfillment and shipping process for my customers, I prepaid $1000 to GearBubble so orders could be processed immediately after being placed. I started all of this back in August of 2021 and NOTHING went the way I was promised it would go, NOTHING! I didn't get a store open for business until sometime in October ****** and did not make a sale until December 3, 2021. My second store I ended up paying someone else ($550.00) to do and I thought that it was opened for business and just not doing well either only to find out that it did not get opened until January of 2022. In any event, I don't feel like I got what I was led to believe I would be getting and the other two stores are not going to happen. At this point in time, I have a credit on my account with GearBubble LLC of $908.75 and I have asked for an itemized statement and refund of the $908.75 and got no response. On Gearbubble: 09/30/21: I purchased $25 of credits 10/23/21: Charged $14.87 for one mug 10/29/21: Charged $14.87 for the second mug 11/01/21: Bought $25 credits 1/03/21: Charged $14.87 for the third mug On my credit card: 10/25/21: Charged $14.87 11/01/21: Charged $14.87 I see that I have been charged an extra $14.87.

      On 10/08/21 I was charged $97 dollars for a Pro membership, although it is clearly shown that I did not sign up for it. The selected plan is the $0 dollars a month plan. On 10/07/21 I received another charge for $17 dollars. Since the beginning I have signed up with the free plan, and never upgraded.

      Among many things, GearBubble promised to generate a sale within 90 days after purchasing their $2.000 Autostore, and they offer a money back guarantee if this sales does not happen. 90 days have passed, I have requested a refund, but I have not heard from GearBubble since, and I'm being ghosted. I have reached out several times without reply. They clearly promise a sale and money back guarantee (see attached correspondence emails), and they have not delivered. The proof of that is also stated in the attached test-purchase images: the only order on my store has been my own test purchase. They are not refunding according to their policy, and I demand they refund immediately.
