I ordered three pair of leggings on October 17, 2022 in a pre-vault sale. I paid $87 plus shipping. The items were supposed to be delivered in December. However, they kept experiencing delays. I finally received my leggings in May and all three pairs were see through. I contacted the company and they stated they would refund what I paid. On June 14, the items were received by the company. I was informed that due to the transaction being older, **** was unavle to refund me using my credit card information and required a PayPal account to process the return. I set up the PayPal account and emailed the information. I have sent multiple emails since trying to follow through with this issue. Each time I get a reply that states Grrrl will get right on this. I still have not received the refund.Customer response

I contacted the owner, *************************, directly. She responded quickly and professionally. My issue has been resolved. She personally went above and beyond to correct the problem. I am satisfied by her prompt attention to resolution. Please disregard my original complaint. Thank you.
