This company is crap! I placed an order for a large and they sent me a small! Then would not refund my money or do a return and exchange!! Do not do business with this company they are crocks!

I recently placed an order with Shapermint and decided to return a couple of items. I was not having any success using the online forum, so I tried contacting customer service. After attempting to communicate with a machine, I was finally sent a return number. Upon attempting to use this number and print the approval, it was denied. The bot does not understand English well at all! I tried again to communicate that I needed a return number and got nowhere after numerous emails. Order at your own risk! I am now stuck with $42.00 of merchandise that I do not want! I left them a star rating only because I needed to do so in order to submit the review.

How to ship your items:
1. Securely pack items. If available, please use original packaging.
2. Attach your return label to the package.
3. Drop off the package within 28 days to your nearest carrier location.

If I could give it a zero star I would. I was bamboozled into buying an item through customer support. I gave her all the information about my sizes my waist my chest my hips and she sent me a link to an item that she said would fit me perfect. So I never was on the site. I clicked on the link and I said purchase. When it came it was cheap made uncomfortable rode up my crotch, so I contacted them for a refund which they say 60 days no questions asked warranty. But to my surprise this particular item they're saying was a final sale! They did not tell me that when they sent me the link. I am on a fixed income and the customer support is a scam. They tried every which way to not give me my money back they offered 50% off the next purchase if I ever made one which I never would. Highly disappointed and it's a shame that the government allows this to go on. Buyer beware ????????????

I am DEEPLY angry at Shapermint! My bras are GLUED together. I spent three hours hand sewing the loop side back into my bras because it came apart while I was wearing it in public. The loops feed through a little slit and I had to sew them into place as well. I have been trying for a week to reach a human being and they don’t seem to exist. I’ve left several voicemails and have not received a call back. At this point I will be looking elsewhere for bras. I can only assume Shapermint has more business than they know what to do with and it is obvious they do not care about customers with problems. Shame on you for not handling customer complaints properly!!!

This company has nice products but they say you can cancel at anytime this is not true they just do not let you cancel I have been trying to cancel for several months and I see I'm charged again how do I stop this
