      Short story: Avoid this company. Their Customer Service is among the worst I have ever dealt with. For context, I made a purchase on March 22, and selected "Fast" Shipping speed. My item was supposed to arrive on March 27th. That did not occur. When I tried to log in to check the status, their system indicated my account was locked and I needed to contact customer service email. So...I emailed their customer service email. I received a response indicating that email (in which they provided) is no longer monitored and to call their toll-free number, or use the chat feature. The chat feature would not work. As soon as I requested to chat, it would immediately log me out. When I called the toll-free number, it indicated they were closed and to email the above email address. This morning, April 1, I was able to get someone to answer my call. They indicated my order had been canceled by the billing team and that I would need to call them. So...I called the billing team and spoke with them. They indicated my order was canceled in error and I would just have to start over, although she placed the item in my "cart." Obviously, I will not do that as it is just far too difficult to deal with this company. My expectations are simple: 1. Provide customers with an easy way to buy their products, 2. Offer shipping confirmation and tracking, 3. Keep your promises, and 4. An easy way to get help. I shouldn't have to open a major case investigation, send 2 emails, wrestle with a chatbot, and go through 2 separate agents only to be told my order was canceled in error and start again. Never again with this company.

      I placed on order on November 29th, 2023, the delivery date of this order changed 3 times, from the 3rd to the 6th then to the 8 th. i reached out to the company via live chat, spoke to a Kimmone G, who assured me my package will arrive the 8th, today is December 11, 2023 and no package. i tried reaching out to another rep who ended my chat on two occassions. rn i just need my money back

      I have been a customer for about 6 years. In the past if there was a problem with an item the company would issued you a label to return at no cost to you. December 2022 I purchased 7 pairs of sandals / house shoes none of them fit. I purchased in size 8.5 which is what I wear and sz 9 since some sandals run short . All of the shoes would not fit due to defects in construction. The size 8.5 and 9's would fit a person that wears a size 10. I Spent around $450.00 on the shoes that I cannot weare. I also ordered a dress in a M it came in a large and a boys shirt sz 8 I received a sz 6. I spoke with Brandon today a Rep in Vegas.I Explained the problems he stated I would need to return the items and pay for the shipping.This would cost me close to the amount that I paid for the items. i asked him if there was any other person that I could discuss the issues with he asked me to wait. I asked him if he would look at what I ordered he said yes we were then disconnected. I am going to call back and see if anyone in this company is willing to do the right thing. I am out of about $500.00 Pat E i would like to be contacted by 6PM

      I'm a very disappointed faithful 6PM customer! I made a purchase which totaled $108 taxes were $3.85! I requested a return and was sent an email with return label that cost me $21.16 that's very disturbing especially since I'm returning it in the same box that the item was sent to me in! I honestly feel as if I've been ripped off paying $21.16 to return an item that I paid $3.85 to receive! This isn't good customer service at all, truly unfortunate and unfair!

      I received my 6pm order and it was in a box without a label saying it was from 6pm. I also did not receive my receipt with my order which was strange. So I called Customer Service and the agent says the box may have gotten damaged and my order may have been put in another box but that should have nothing to do with my receipt. This was not a good experience and I felt I had to do their work in getting a receipt that initially should have been with my purchase.

      I will start with some positives. There is a large selection and the shipping is fast. Now to the negatives. 6pm regularly misleads about the products I purchase. Last year I bought shoes listed as "genuine leather". Upon arrival they turned out to be full man-made. Later were the pants that were never listed as "maternity". It is only when I received them, it became apparent that they are unwearable for a non-pregnant person. What tipped the point for me is this year's Labor Day Sale purchase. I had searched high and low for a fashionable non-polyester dress. 6pm had a Sage dress listed as "98% cotton". We bought this dress and guess what? It has zero cotton content, and is made out of polyester. I would never buy a polyester dress at this price! I am very upset with the company and taking my business elsewhere. I will never shop at 6pm again.
