I visited the dentist for a free consult on 04-10-24. ** dentistry and Braces. ************** Location ***************************************************************************************************** ************** Their website advertises cash pay pricing of $399 for *** crown and $599 for full porcelain. I requested this *** crown, with cash pay. I was quoted $800 for full porcelain. I explained multiple times I was looking at the **** not full porcelain, and that the quoted prices still did not match the website. The finance coordinator claimed that the *** was actually all metal and would still be $600. *** is not all metal. It is PORCELAIN fused to metal.I called the office today 04-11-24 and the receptionist just stated that the finance coordinator "already explained" to me the price breakdown, and that the website was "wrong". They are lying about their advertised prices, and I went all the way across town because of the prices advertised. I would like to receive services at the advertised price for cash pay rate, and accurate descriptions of the services as *** is NOT an all-metal crown. Every time I asked about *** price for cash pay, they would only give me information about full porcelain which is not what I asked for.Customer response

I got braces on 3/29/2022, I was told I only needed them for 18 months. I started experiencing financial issues and fell behind on payments. I was able to pay over $700 cash to get my balance back to $0 however I lost my job in March of 2023. Ive been experiencing severe pain, I can taste metal, and my teeth are spacing. The 18 months are up and the dental office is refusing to remove my braces. Im experiencing mental distress which is causing me to want to harm myself to be relived from the pain and suffering that is being caused due to these braces. I researched Nevada dentistry and braces and had gone to several office visits with them. I made sure that I found a place whose office hours worked with my work schedule in the event I needed to take my children after work. Nevada dentistry and braces office hours used to be from 8:30 to 7 pm with their latest appointment for orthodontic treatment being at 6pm. In January I decided to sign a contract with them for my daughter to get her braces put on. In February she has her 2nd ortho treatment and was scheduled for 5:30 it was my first time driving from my new job to the office and I wasnt sure how long it would take for me to get there. I arrived at 5:40 and the doctor ***** fix her broken bracket. When I requested a 6pm appointment I was informed that their office hours had changed and that the latest appointment now was 5:30. The office let me know they were in The process of changing their hours in January and I asked why nobody informed me of this before signing the contract. They argued with me and told me they did not have to inform me since I had gone to earlier scheduled appointments and when I told them that I asked before attending any consultations what their hours were I was told they were from 8:30 to 7pm with the latest ortho appointment being at 6pm. The office manager ***** told me there was nothing they could do to accommodate me to their new schedule. I recently found out they have a second location and it is 9 minutes away from my home. In desperation for my daughter to get her broken bracket fixed and her dental treatment going I contacted ***** the supervisor and asked if they could schedule me to their Closer location and ***** informed me they could but I would have a $300 chart transferred fee. I believe they are now trying to take advantage of me since they now know of my situation for being a single parent trying to make it to the appointments. I need your help please they are unethical trying to charge that amount unjustly.
