The business installed a patio roof with a lifetime warranty one year ago. The roof lifted off of the support beam several months ago. I tried to call the business, the business owner directly, and send a message through their ******** page. I have not received a call back. The roof is in need of repair and they provided a lifetime warranty.Initial Complaint

So how do you earn a one star review? Do a job and when your customer asks you to fix a defect in the install, you say "Can't believe we left it like that. Will come and and fix it." But you DON'T come out. Get contacted by your customer for 6 months asking to get it fixed and you say, "We'll get right on it", but you DON'T do anything. Ignore your customer texts and phone calls with NO RESPONSE. Say ****** is coming out tomorrow, but NO ONE shows up. That is how you lose customers, *****, and your business goes down the drain.All I want is for them to fix the defect in their installation, which they promised to do, but have avoided actually doing (fix the loose bolt holding down the structure to the concrete wall)Initial Complaint

We have contracted Platinum Patio to construct an awning in our backyard. It was completed after a few delays caused by our HOA; it was a beautiful job. We have no complaints at this time about the quality of the build. However, to finish, we have been waiting for the company, specifically the owner, to schedule the final inspection with the *****************. We have called and texted for two months to get this completed with no response.We have gone as far as calling the inspection office as well to attempt to get this final step completed, but we have not heard back. All we would like is for Platinum Patios to finish with the final paperwork so that we can close this out.Initial Complaint

1/1/21 I contracted with Platinum Patios build a new cover with fence, remove carpet and replace new carpet! They never came back and finished gluing the new carpet. I now have leaks around the top of the cover. I have called the owner and he said he would be over to fix the problems, but he never shows up! I have left messages, but he doesn't return my calls. My contract says Lifetime Warranty on Material and Labor. I want the leaks and the Carpet fixed. Thank You ***********Business response

I think they are using COVID as an excuse .I e-mailed them and asked when they would be done with being quarantined and if they would give me a date when they would make the repairs?
