I recently made an in store purchase at the Fragrance Outlet, followed by a return shortly after. When I went to make the return, they didnt have the cologne of choice. They suggested that they would order it online for me, and it would arrive at my destination of choice. I agreed, and informed them that I would be out of town next week for a month, so I gave them the address, 209 Castalleri Dr. ******* after the lady had trouble spelling, my first and last name, and as a result, I gave her my ID so that she may properly spell my first and last name. However, instead of putting the proper address that I wanted the package to be sent to, she put the incorrect address by using the address on my ID, and not the address that I had given them. And therefore when I got home, I noticed the error, and decided to call them before any shipping label was created. The first lady that I spoke to said they couldnt help me, but the second one told me that they would be able to change the address if I just email them. So I emailed them three days prior to a response, and prior to a shipping label being created. They informed me that they couldnt help me, and everything was automated. The package was sent out, and delivered to my address, while Im not home for the next month and one week. Which means that the package will likely be stolen, especially since people have been stealing my packages in front of my house on a frequent basis. This package was a gift for someone else, not for me. They should have delivered it to the correct address, and as a result, I want my money back. They refused to help me when I called them in advance, and their customer service is pretty much nonexistent.
