I gave Phil R*** benefit of the doubt to contact me back so I can hear from him directly giving me right answers and not from his front desk staff as in the past have happened where I wasn't given correct accurate information. He has not called me back as I left him a message on Nov 18, 2021 from last week even day before he was sitting next to the girl answering the phone and said he was busy.

On the same, I called up to the office to confirm the service expiration and Phil will not take my call from 11-17-21. I called him on another number and he answered and then was cold and rude with me then let the phone dangle so I can hear background then it ended up with a busy signal. I remembered from that conversation that he said he'd call me back when he's back in the office but I never got a call back. He's done this to me in the past.

I never would think if someone holds a business like they treat their customers this way and I don't know how they continue to operate like this or how the officials allow them to do business if this is how they treat their customers. It's been ongoing for a few years where they do this kind of thing to me when I'm trying to confirm something. I noticed they don't continually treat people with respect when we've been years their customers especially to a disable military veteran. That tells me he doesn't care for his freedom, only self serving. I like to get my money back and not have to deal with headaches like them, but I believe they won't since it expired for refund request.

I have known businesses like this, is how they get customers and lure them in the beginning with promos; and then after you're lured in, it's a whole new story where they start to mistreat you throughout if you don't submit to them, especially Phil ****. Min seem to be nice if she didn't have Phil working there at all or with her or if she really sees what Phil does to customers or if she does see it or hear it, then she's just as bad as he is and don't care only out for our money.

It's sad that society allows people to do this to their customers and they get away with it. I think they forget if it wasn't for us to pay them or they wouldn't have been able to move to a nice big clean expensive place that shows they made money from us; but few of us don't get treated with respect, which is not right as I also have been their customers for a good few years.
