This company only has one workers comp lawyer and she's super aggressive towards me. I have been enduring the recovery process from a serious knee injury for the past 9 months. I hired this company to handle my workman's comp claim months ago based on friends recommendation. My lawyer came off as if she would do everything she could to help with my situation before signing up. After though, I have been met with really hostile behavior. Whenever I setup meetings she takes them but talks over and down to me before I even finish asking my question. Complaining about how I talk and telling me that I take too long. Management has attempted to help but I've seen no changes in my lawyers behavior. The company advertises that they're in Reno/Sparks yet everything has to be routed through their Vegas office which causes delays in receiving checks. This is truly like being stuck in a worse position than if I didn't hire them. I cannot talk with Workmans comp, only my lawyer can. But my lawyer doesn't want to answer my questions and complains about me to me for our meetings. I cannot recommend this company for workman's comp issues based on my current experience.Review from Crisostomo N

Benson & Bingham helped us out like no other. They were patient, detailed, polite/courteous, and always there if we needed an ear. We went to get married and ended up in a disaster. They have helped us through that disaster with kid gloves. I would use them again at anytime in the future!! A car accident is frightening, but when your children are also in the vehicle…your world turns upside down.
