      The groomer did a horrible job on my dog shaving her down to the pink skin when she stated only the legs were matted, they refused to follow my directions. Also, there was a difference in price than the week before and the receptionist was just hideous and obnoxious telling me she didnt care what I had to say, her behavior was appalling. The owner never reached out to me to reconcile or even just apologize. Only decided to respond to reviews I posted lol what a coward. I still CHOSE to pay because I dont need anything free from them and I will definitely take my dogs where Im respected.

      I have copied below what was responded to her on our Yelp page. Her dogs were serverely matted and have not been taken care of and she was informed multiple times that her dogs needed to be shaved do to them being neglected.She was also informed many times that there is a $15 matting fee that we place on all of our matted pets and sent her the sign that stated that prices may change to shich she responded, "idc". Here at Pawfect we do care about our groomers time and work and believe they should be paid based on the severity and time it takes to do a dog, which hers took a long time because they are neglected.

      We are very sorry you are unpleased with your haircut at Pawfect. You were spoken to beforehand by both the receptionist and the groomer that your dog had to go short because of the severe matting they had on their body. We said wed try our best to keep as much hair but the due to the state they were in the groomer told you herself that she would have to be shaved and on top a matting fee would be added. Knowing your dog is an older dog you should also know the extreme stress is puts them through to brush out severe matts when they are left unkept and it would be in their better health to have them shaved. Same with your other severely matted dog we had to shave weeks prior. As a loyal customer there also should be knowledgeable that prices may change based on groomer requests for time and severity of the animals coat, which is why a $15 fee was added. We called beforehand about the dematting fee which is placed on all dogs that are matted. Thank you for choosing Pawfect and we wish you best of luck on your future groomings elsewhere. Thank you!"

      I am rejecting this response because:
      My dogs are definitely not neglected and thats a strong statement I would take you to court about regarding defamation of character. You were not there so you are parroting whatever was told to you. Ive been coming here over a year, thats not neglect. You are extremely ungrateful for my business and thats the reason why you are only responding to reviews but cant pick up the phone and call. I gave you time and you didnt have even the audacity to address how the receptionists attitude was obnoxious and appalling. Telling me what I have to say is not important is unacceptable and you obviously behave the same from the responses that have been provided. Im definitely willing to take you to court about your statement about neglecting my dogs after spending so much money plus tip at your business. Others have posted that you are not very good as well in the reviews so maybe you should concentrate on customer service needs and explain the price difference upon arrival. All you had to do was call and I would not have posted anything but you are arrogant even after I still decided to pay. I also have businesses and no negative complaints at all. Like I said its the principle of your attitude towards the situation and the subhuman you call a receptionist who cant control her emotions
