    I purchased a ramp - it was not the quality I had been assured it would be - am trying to return it! Have sent 4 emails and called their 800 number 3 times - no response, no answer. This is a terrible company - they advertise and are available when you want to place an order, but cannot be found when you want a return!

    Unfortunately this company changed. I used them under a different name numerous times in the past and loved my products. Received timely communication from customer service always. I ordered a custom blanket on Oct 14 and was told my next steps would be to receive the artwork from a Member of the team. And to check the status of it by logging into my dashboard. From day one the dashboard login did not work so I emailed customer service asking if there was a problem but never heard back. Followed up two more times to check on the status and have received zero response. Very frustrating Company to take your money and not communicate with you. I have disputed the charge and will take my business elsewhere in the future.

    Ordered a T shirt and never received it. Tried emailing multiple times and no one answered. So disappointed as I loved the old company “********” and referred so many people who bought so many products.

    ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I order 3 items from them received no confirmation email and have yet to see my refund. I mad this order a month ago and they refuse to respond. They STEAL your money. DO NOT TRUST WHATSOEVER.

    Horrible company and have sent 4 emails to them requesting a refund. Nobody answers their difficult to find 800 numbers. Obviously has not invested in enough people or technology to provide the service they say they provide. Complete joke. Will be pursuing a refund by making a claim through ******.

    This ramp is made of very poor quality. The wood is a pressed wood and extremely unstable. The box clearly states that the ramp is for dogs up do 120 lbs, however, my 88 lb dog broke the ramp after just 3 times climbing up and down it. DO NOT BUY from Alpha Paw LLC!

    Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear about the ramp. Our ramp is designed to hold weights of up to 80 lbs only, and it seems your furry friend might have exceeded that limit. This is also mentioned on our website. I've gone ahead and submitted a refund request to our team. They will refund you in 24 hours or less! Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed. Reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Again, we apologize that this has happened! :( You can dispose of the damaged ramp as you see fit.     I used alphapaw.com to find an adoptable kitten. I found 11 kittens I wanted to meet. Each listing was incorrect. The address and phone numbers - the kittens were not at those facilities. I called asking about each one. I showed CAWS (rescue organization) screenshots - they were upset about the false listings as well.

    Poor quality. Unsafe. Keep an eye on the ramp and the pieces that allow you to set the height. They break. I found out the hard way or I should say my pup did. It was on the highest setting and it broke and he fell to the floor with it. Fortunately he wasn’t hurt. And none of my cats were under it at the time. I reported it to Alphaw Paw and all I got back was no refund, no replacement, I think everyone should know incase you also have small children or cats that come in contact with it. They aren’t sturdy or safe.

    Good day! Alpha Paw has been in contact with the customer since September for her customized item. The personalized items take a lot longer to be fulfilled and shipped rather than in-stock items as our Art team needs time to process the artwork and the item itself to assure the best looking outcome possible. The portrait was purchased as of September 04 but it does not include the needed photo to push through for the order. Our Art team send an email to customer as a follow up for the photo. That is why there is an initial delay with the processing.

    I responded immediately with the photos on Sept 4 (I have the email to prove it). When I followed up a couple of weeks later THAT was when I learned that they'd not received the photos. No follow-up. This doesn't address that my first edit has WRONG (two dogs in one portrait when I'd paid for two portaits). Fine - that was fixed. Then when I approved, I only received ONE portrait. And to provide proof that I'd only received one. Took TWO weeks to get a second print. And the tracking info I received showed it was delivered to NC. I live in FL. The whole process was HORRIBLE. BAD communication. The second lost print should have been overnighted - not take 2+ weeks & only get tracking info (which was wrong) after I followed up & asked for status. I have all the emails to show how messed up the communication was. I've tried to leave a review on their website & am unable to - they clearly don't want bad reviews. I left a review on ******** - no reply. I do reputation management for a living. People need to know how badly this company performs.

    Horrible customer service!!! Sent numerous emails with no response. I ordered 2 pet blankets and there was only one in the package. Tried numerous times to get a hold of someone but no response. Left so many emails…. Prior to that I ordered another medium pet blanket for a friend and they overcharged me. It was a discounted price on the website but when they charged my cc it was 13 dollars more. Sent emails regarding that also and again no response. Very frustrating that the company never responds to you…

    Customer sent 8 emails, 30 mins to an hour apart from each other. We were able to answer all of these emails within 7 hours of her sending them. We would advise the customer to please check her spam folder if she did not get any of our responses, as we quickly let her know that we price matched and refunded her for the amount, and her blanket were both shipped in separate tracking numbers. Her second order was not discounted because at that time, you were only discounted if you purchased 2 or more items. She did not purchase 2 items on her second order. Either way, we still price matched right away, no questions asked. This was also provided for her within 7 hours of her email. We have screenshots that we can provide that proves our customer service effectively and quickly helped this customer. We appreciate the removal of this review as we provided excellent service.
