I had my initial surgery in ************************************************************************************************** December 2022 for a second surgery for him to correct his mishaps which resulted in more scars and still have pixie ears with no correction. I submitted three separate opinions from other doctors stating I needed to have another surgery to get this corrected and prices was 5 times the amount due to having to correct **** Lanfranchis mistakes. In a course of many emails **** instructed for me to wait for our follow up visit to find a resolution. On our visit on October ***************************************************************************** sign the day of surgery while being sedated and said not much he can do but offer me a refund. I have yet to receive the refund. I went through some trouble retrieving my medical records. I was denied multiple times and had a peace officer meet me at his place of business to witness the denial of my medical records. I had to file a compliant with the medical board and he also threaten me with cease and desist order if I shared my experience on any social media platform or on any online websites. I have plenty of documentation to support my compliant. The total amount I paid $7,000. $5000.00 on one credit card and $2,000 on a separate credit cardBusiness response

Good Afternoon ******************,
We currently have a legal case with **************. As discussed today with HIPPA policy and confidentiality, We cannot disclose chart information with this individual.
Our Center provides elective cosmetic facial rejuvenation procedures. She recently was denied a refund from a credit card company for services she paid for.
I have attached supporting documents, along with a screen shot of the "reversal approval" to have our account adjusted.

I am rejecting this response because:
Compliant with the medical board is being resubmitted and has a current open compliant with hippa. I filed a compliant with the attorney general. Those complaints are violations of not receiving my medical records and not having a my complete medically records when requested and should be separate from this resolution of a refund and review.

Once again, the Board complaint has been dismissed after full thorough review. This document has been provided.
The credit card company has already rejected her claim for refund since services were provided as agreed upon. The result of her procedure was within acceptable standards.
Our Center will have no further comment on this case for there is nothing remaining for discussion. This will be our last communication with the BBB on this matter.
