      TERRIBLE customer service. Order at your own risk. I've had to call several times to find out WHY my order was still "pending". I finally connected with a new employee who said "I just started here" I cancelled my order and will NOT do business with them ever again. Shop at your own risk. I can't give them a negative star, that's why a ONE star.

      This is all based on customer service. Only reason a 2 and not lower is they do “respond” and I have seen way worse like touch of modern. Either way ordered a gun with night sights. Have not shot yet as waiting for complete order. Customer service has been pretty poor as far as speedy responses and resolution. I am working on about 2.5 weeks of them “reviewing pictures of box and gun without sights” before they decide to make it Benelli problem. No proof but also waiting a week now on that and supposedly back order?? Either way very short in answers other than std “ sorry delay and thanks patience….” Probably a standard reply. Either way it’s now about a month since ordered and not complete with barely updated or info if got info got right pictures etc. Hopefully gun works but I won’t be ordering from again which stinks as I has very high hopes with this! I specially with a gun not really on market yet

      Ordered a Gentex helmet I called Botach before placing an order to make sure the item was in stock. I asked the question at least 4 times and was assured the item was in stock and would ship right away. I was told the item was definitely in stock. A week passed I got a boilerplate email stating the item was on back-order. I'm pissed at this point but willing to wait another 2 weeks go by with ZERO communication I get the next boilerplate email that my order had been canceled. NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!

      I paid $160.00 and paid outrageous prices for shipping, like $60.00 for priority shipping for a 2 oz item. It got lost in the mail and never received but they didn’t care. Said they would only cancel the order when they received the item I never got. These guys are scammers through and through

      Ordered a Glock G19M FBI Model Gen5 9mm Ameriglo Agent Nights. It shipped quicker than it has in the past from Botach, which was nice to see. I went to my FFL to pick it up but immediately noticed that it had the original Glock OEM sights not the Ameriglo Agent Nights (so this firearms is still at my FFL) . So I called Botach on 12/8/2023 and they apparently don't answer the phone you have to leave a message to be called back. Left my message and explained what had happened and left my order number and phone number to call me back. Nothing. I then proceeded to email at sales(at)botach.com on 12/8/2023 it's now 12/14/2023 with no reply. I proceeded to call on the 11th, 12th & 14th of December 2023. not once have I been called back. I also emailed on 12/12/2023 to cs(at)botach.com which I got a automated email saying they would respond within 24-48 hours. Still nothing! To say this is frustrating is an understatement!! I just want what I ordered or let me return this item for a full refund. Customer service is non existent.

      They sent me an incorrect item that was illegal in my state making me a felon the moment i took it into possession. Theres a reason why they are black listed on so many gun websites/forums.

      This order was placed back in 2019, The buyer reached out about being sent the wrong accidently. The customer was refunded in full and this was resolved at that time.

      Shady business practices.. purchase taser waited weeks to receive item. Once I received it / it does t work they say they offer no refund no exchanges… your risking your money when you purchase from this company… Buyer Beware.. I will never purchase anything from them again

The listing in question states that they may require parts in order to work and states that this item is a final sale item, There are no returns or exchanges. This is noted in big red letters. We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with your purchase, but unfortunately this was disclosed that this may be the case in the listing and is an agreement that is made when your purchase the item.       Do not buy from botach tactical! I bought a pair of boots and in less than a month they started falling apart and the people at botach would not return or exchange them !!

      I placed an order for a shotgun 4 weeks ago and it still hasn’t shipped. A month. A full month. All I have been told after numerous emails is it’s processing or firearm paperwork takes a while. Understandable at two weeks. Not four weeks. I can’t get into contact with anyone outside of “customer service” to let me know what’s going on. Either they sold something they didn’t have or their shipping department is that horrible. Either way this is not a business I would order from under any circumstance ever again.

      I ordered a high-end scope that was supposed to be new. Received open box/used item; broken seal, torn box. There was grass and other debris inside the flip-up lense covers and a white powder in the product box. Returned for a replacement and received another open-box item with broken manufacturer seal and torn box. At this point, I requested to return for refund because I'm not paying new prices for an open box item. Customer service said they open the boxes to check the serial numbers before shipping (even though the manufacturer labels the boxes) and refused to provide a return shipping label, which is completely against their publicly posted return policy (by law). When I followed up and inquired why they wouldn't provide a shipping label, they simply replied with "I am very sorry we cannot offer a return label", and a spiteful "If you do not want the scope you can return it using the RMA number provided. I hope you have a wonderful Monday" remark. I had to pay almost $150 at my own expense to return the product for refund because they won't stand behind their product or abide by their own policies. I will never order from this company again after this. This wasn't just an inconvenience or poor customer service, this was deceptive business practice. Buyer beware.
