There is nothing more that we would like to do than help protect your family. It is why Safe Life Defense was started in the first place!Unfortunately we do not have any control over how credit card processors approve or decline charges. In most cases, it is the card issuer that is blocking the transaction for some reason. Sometimes its because you are attempting a purchase in an industry you do not normally order from and in other cases it can be as simple as using the incorrect billing zip code.
If you contact your credit card company and let them know it was an authorized purchase I am willing to bet it will go through if you try again.
Please let us know if you're still having issues than and we can look into it farther.

PRODUCT NOT AS ADVERTISED Purchased a Hyperline Backpack Panel that was advertised as being 11" x 14" and providing 148 sq. inches of coverage area. However, the panel I received was actually 9 7/8" x 13" with a coverage area less than 123 sq. inches and a received on 6/4/22. On 6/14/22 I spoke with Carlos at Safelife Defense, who informed me that they intend to do NOTHING!!! They claim that the fabric carrier (which provides zero ballistic protection) is what they mean by their advertised 11" x 14" and 148 sq." of coverage and NOT THE HYPERLINE PANEL INSIDE!!! So literally, they can put ANY SIZE PANEL in the carrier!!! They further claim that the panel has to be undersized to fit in the fabric carrier... when asked why they simply don't cut a Hyperline panel to the advertised size and put it in a slightly larger carrier, they have NO ANSWER!!! Their claim to "...100% make it right" simply means a refund and TO NOT provide the advertised product.Safe Life Defense, LLC Response

The backpack panels at Safe Life Defense are an overall size of 11"x14.125" which consists of an armor carrier and an armor panel. To fit inside of the 11"x14.125" carrier the panel does need to be slightly smaller in size. This is also necessary for the panel to be able to fit into fit into pockets that are for 11x14" items as is industry standard. he panel in no way is advertised as a coverage area of 148sq inches (or what i assume was intended to be stated as 154sqin). This is due to the fact that that there is a unique tapered cut to allow the panel to fit into backpacks with the best fit for maximum coverage. The overall shape therefor is not a rectangle as seen in all photos of the product. If you would like we will be happy to return the product for a refund. Or, we can create a custom panel for you as a courtesy but a carrier will not be included as it will not fit into the carrier.Customer Response

As I stated in my emails to you, these panels are indeed advertised as providing 148 sq. Inches of coverage. You arrive at this by calculating 11x 14=154 then minus 6 sq. inches for the "tapered cut" of the panel that you refer to. This is YOUR calculation not mine. All of this was laid out in detail to you in the emails and photos and video that I sent to you. The panel I received was exactly 9 7/8" x 13" which equates to slightly more than 122 sq. inches (this includes the -6 sq. inches for the tapered cut) hardly "slightly smaller" and absolutely NOT what you advertise!!!

Could you please send some details on where the details you are referring to are advertised as stated? We want to be sure any information available is correct. I am unaware of any of the details you are referring to. A prepaid return label was just sent to you by email. Please send the panel back and we will make the custom panel for you. The advertised size of 11"x14" is stated on the Backpack Armor product webpage and the advertised size of 11"x14" and 148 sq. inches of coverage is found on the PDF. file titled "Backpack Armor Specifications Sheet" which is a link found on the above referenced webpage and displays regardless of the type of insert the customer selects in the webpage drop down menu.
I have accepted your exchange offer and am in receipt of the RMA that you've sent.
I have spoken with your Customer Service Supervisor Nina and will ship back the armor I received and await receipt of a 11"x14" Hyperline Backpack Armor Panel sans the carrier. Tapered top corners (SAPI style) at your discretion.

I received two mailings containing blank pieces of paper from this merchants address. It is suspected they are mailing things out as a brushing scam to use people names in creating fake reviews in attempt to elevate online status.Safe Life Defense, LLC Response

Hello, we are aware of these mailers however they 100% do not come from us or any of the other 9 tenants at the Valley View location. We also believe it is a scam and have reported it to local authorities. Unfortunately, since we aren't sending them there is nothing we can do.
