Ordered a pool in 2020 didnt get completed until late 2021. Since the pool has a crack and leaking, rust is starting to rise through tile from affected areas. Still missing the child gate to surround the equipment that was promised and never supplied. I now have no lighting within the pool because the plaster was coated wrong and overlaps the fixture. warranty company will not replace lights until pool company remediates the plaster. 30% of the surrounding deck coating and or newly poured concrete has cracked the proper gaps were not used to ensure shrinking and expansion could occur. I have called emailed and text the pool company since 3/1/2023Initial Complaint

Our first swimming pool and regret getting it. The pool was for the family but primarily for my elderly mother for medical issues and exercise. Nonetheless, it was just a sale for Las Vegas Pools and Spas. This company damaged our beautiful backyard and ignored my concerns. They installed the wrong heater for the Las Vegas climate (the contract shows a gas heater; they installed an electric heater that works in humid climates, not dry climates). The heater worked at best spotty for one month, and the electric bill was $900. In trying to reach Erick, the owner and the person who sold me the pool, I was told he had moved to Costa Rica. The pool equipment was installed in the wrong place not inspected by the city; nonetheless, corrected a year later, after filing with the State Board. Damages done by Las Vegas Pools and Spas to my backyard include: * Irrigation system --- They attempted to repair the irrigation system, but it did not work. We paid to repair. * Concrete - The concrete walk path floor left destroyed. We paid to repair. * Plants - Our beautiful plants die. We paid to replace. * Pool Heater - wrong heater installed, and due to documentation, the equipment has no warranty. We paid to get the gas heater and installation. * Electrical -The electric subcontractor did not follow city plans. They used a small electric panel inside a nearby casita/shed for the pool, which was going to be used for another project. We discovered it months later. We had to pay to replace a larger panel. * The plumbing -- The subcontractor for Las Vegas Pools and Spa did not follow city plans. * Contract - Not followed-multiple issues. Badly written. Not honored. We are working on getting the backyard back to its splendor and filed with the construction board to recoup expenses. I would not recommend this company unless you have the time to babysit grown men or belong to an HOA, which forces them to follow plans. No responsibility. it was costly and stressful to hire.
