I hired Vintage Pools to fill in my big pool and make a smaller 12 x 12 pool/spa with 16 jets. It's been almost a year and the **** have never worked properly. I've tried very hard to work with this company to get them to fix it. But it's still not working. I've tried everything even left them good reviews thinking that that would get them to fix it. Today I was called an a****** because I left an accurate review of the terrible experience I've had with this company. I just want what was sold/contracted with me. I'm 68 years old and I don't want to argue and fight with someone to get what I paid for. I have 16 jets only 6 are working. I've paid them all the money so now I'm the problem.

I just had a licensed A-10 contractor come out and check my pool and he said something is very wrong in the plumbing system. They are going to do further diagnosis to determine the problem.

I tried really hard to work with ***** at Vintage Pools over 10 months I tried to get them to fix it, even regretfully giving them a good review thinking if I did that they would take care of me. Once I was honest with the review he contacted me and called me an a****** and a d*** Sorry for the bad language. Furthermore I have filed a complaint with the contractors board. I hope no one else has to go through this because of me giving them a good review. Altogether I spent over 100 k with this company and I paid them either the day they finished  or before. I just want my mini pool spa jets working that's all. Thank you

This company has been slowful through the duration of our contract. My complaint stems from incompletion despite having paid the full amount of agreed terms more than 6 months ago. I have attempted to continue contacting the person assigned to my project but have been met with brush offs (i.e. starting they'll get a crew to finish on "Monday" only for that day to come and "something" happened to where another reschedule is done). There are four aspects of my remodel that need to be finished and I've only asked that they complete those.

Contractor Vintage Pools was hired to complete our backyard project over a year ago. However they do not respond or show up when dates are given to complete work. The final payment was sent to this company on 4/1/2024. However, we are still missing numerous items that were paid for and no communication from the company regarding a timeline of when the items will be completed after multiple outreach.Items that are still pending to be completed.1.) Polish tile edges of 360 spa (water is not spilling properly around spa)2.) Install gutters on rear of pergola that were damaged during construction by Vintage 3.) Install 9 landscape lights (had been told they were ordered and would be in on 4/4-4/5) Still waiting for them to be installed 5.) Small piece of turf is missing behind pergola.6.) Install granite tops on bar stools.7.) Leak remains an issue which is under warranty 8.) Sealant around pool and spa peeling off after 48 hours on placement on 3/29/2024- this was partially addressed on 5/17/2024.Email attached of communications to the company with no response back.

The pool company "Vintage Pools" was contracted to build a pool/spa and install all the equipment associated with the operation of the pool. to date they have failed to activate the heater for the spa or ensure its functionality. furthermore, I have received a notice of intent to file a lien against my property because "Vintage Pools" has failed to make payments over $8000 to a secondary company contracted to pour the shotcrete/gunite/plaster for the pool. their name is *************************** I would like a speedy resolution to this matter.

      Hello,

I have spoken with the designer and supervisor and they said the heater has been activated and is now working. The lien that the homeowner mentioned has also been taken care of and the balance paid as of 10/6/2023.

The homeowner has not made final payment but the full project has been completed.
