I had a monthly contract with Jason from InvisiPool. He requires prepayment for the upcoming months' services. I paid for July which includes weekly visits on Fridays. He normally sends a "your pool has been cleaned" message after each visit. In July, I didn't receive these messages for the last two weeks so I didn't pay for the upcoming month. He decided to show up once in August where I received a message. He is attempting to bill me for August. If you count the single visit in August towards July, he actually owes me $25. I have attempted to send him text messages but they no longer go through. I have attempted to email him at the email address provided on his billing statements and they are returned as non-existent. In this email, I asked for proof of visit before I would pay. Since he cannot be reached and has not provided any proof of visit, I am not going to pay. Based on my prepaid visits and the number of times he visited, he owes me $25 and I want my money.

Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2021/09/29) */ Contact Name and Title: Jason ****** Managing Mem Contact Phone: XXXXXXXXXX Contact Email: *****@invisipoolsolutions.com The notifications that I've sent to Mr. ****** were a courtesy letting him know that I serviced the pool on each service date. I maintained his pool every Friday from April 9, 2021 until August 20, 2021. Normally, Mr. ****** leaves the gate unlocked... However, on August 6, 13 and 20 the gate was locked. I rang the doorbell and attempted to reach out to Mr. ****** with no response. I knew Mr. ****** was super busy with work so I still serviced the pool those three weeks in August by climbing the wall. I have even notified him once that I would never miss a service date and if the gate was ever locked I would climb over. In April I prorated his monthly service for the 4 of 5 Fridays I serviced the pool. Every month thereafter, I charged Mr. ****** $100 a month. On August 27 Mr. ****** canceled pool service stating that he, "is renting his house out and had a property management company that had their own pool service." I informed Mr. ****** that I require a 30 day written notice but would honor his request. Although, his basis is that he didn't receive courtesy notifications to inform him of the weeks in question there are telltale signs that I serviced the pool. I would think that if Mr. ****** truly believed I didn't show up he would have made some sort of attempt to contact me. I went through my e-mails and texts and it is very apparent that he has my contact information. I even saw Mr. ****** one of those weeks in July Mr. ****** alleges a "no show." He unlocked the gate that day. I am very confused and wish that Mr. ****** discuss this with me before going this route. However, I would love to resolve this matter. If I didn't service the pool in the middle of summer for the amount of time Mr. ****** claims the pool would definitely have turned green and had algae forming in it. I never missed a service date April 9 through August 20 so no refund is necessary. I even told Mr. ****** I would write off August since he is refusing to pay for services rendered. In April and July there were 5 Fridays and I charged Mr. ****** as if there were 4. If I take into consideration the chemicals I added every week and the latter I would think Mr. ****** would be satisfied with getting 3 weeks of August for free.
