Its not what I think, its what I know about Mars Rising and CEO Jeffery ******!!! They are Con Artists. Do Not , I repeat do not deal with this company!! You will regret it! When I was taken on as a Client, they were literally as I found out later in the middle of selling their company. I was not taken care of during that time. They just took my money!! Then their business deal fell through. I originally thought I was getting a E Commerce sight. I have a contract that they never fulfilled, I was promised , on CONTRACT , SIX renderings, I never got them. I was promised a flash drive with leads to companies, I never go that. I was promised mentorship, I never got that. They took my money and put up a useless website, which they claim they hosted. They never did. I lost approximately 5500.00 . I was considered a nuisance to MARS RISING NETWORK!! I was literally told so by CEO Jeffery ******. who laugh on the phone at me like a laughing hyenas. I was mocked by him !!! So, I emphatically warn you DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!

We are sorry that you feel this way after working with you for over 2 years. There is nothing else we can do for you for free. Your requests have become unreasonable so we have no choice but to sever our relationship. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Mars Rising does a great job guiding first time inventors. Reasonable packages that produce marketable results. They turned my idea into reality, communicated well and executed upon their promises. Only licensing remains, but that is now a real possibility, thanks to Mars Rising.

Working with Bruce has been a positive experience from start to finish. Everything was explain up front and giving in full detail in writing. He always answer questions and returned every call in a timely fashion. I'm really loving his expertise and seasoned guidance which makes me feel more confident in the product we're developing. Mars Rising was the second business that I hired to get my invention off the ground. After about two weeks of signing the contract and paying their fee, I began to receive emails and phone calls to help them understand what the invention was to look like. They were thorough, often calling or emailing several times a day. This was done even during covid and some people leaving their company. I paid extra to get a "second chance" at a patent and to have an artist draw a proper icon of my idea. Overall, I was quite pleased with their service. My biggest complaint is that the salesperson specifically told me that on the flash drive, I would receive a CAD, or specs to hand to a manufacturer so that they could produce my product. I did not receive it. When the owner of the company called me to apologize for the project taking too long, I asked him about being told that I would get a CAD and sent him an email from the salesman saying that I would. He said that it was "unfortunate" that I was told that. Also, he told me that the salesperson no longer worked at Mars Rising. Overall, I would recommend Mars Rising to help you get your invention off the ground!

I am very pleased overall with the guidance and result of the process to this point. I was very excited to have this process start and get to a point of feeling like I completed a project. At times I was a little confused and anxious about the patent side of things. It seemed to take a while longer than I thought it should, but after finding out the original person was no longer doing this, I understood. I still do have a question on the paten, only because I have not seen any communication on it. Can please look into and let me know the status of it? I also had goose bumps when I received the video, what a rush. The brochure is wonderful and very well laid out. It really gets right to the point of what the product is, and why and how it works.

The Mars Rising network is a great tool for any new inventor. With their team of experts in each department they are able to walk you through each step while providing helpful and insightful tips. I will say to be patient because the process may take a little longer then expected. We hit a small snag along the way with the patent attorney ( not Mars Rising Fault) but Jeff was all over it and promptly fixed the situation and set me up with a new Attorney right away and I couldn't be more pleased with change. It has been very satisfying to see my project coming to life thanks to the very talented Darryl and all the art and graphic work he has put into my project. Darryl was also very accommodating with any changes that I requested and help turn my ideas into a reality. I found Mars Rising several years ago and discussed some projects and was able to contact them once again during this pandemic. The owner is very personable and reachable. After sharing with him what I wanted to accomplish, my process began. I would have given 5 stars, but my process was challenging due to unforeseen happenings in the company. After one phone call, the owner got the ball rolling again for me and everything took off smoothly from there. I'm very appreciative of that. As inventor of "The Kool Kit" cooling system, I look forward to the next step of manufacturing. Thanks Mars Rising for the experience....

What an amazing finding when I came across Mars Rising while trying to start my invention. I had so much anxiety and doubt about starting this process and they have made it so easy and stress free throughout the entire process. The customer service in every department has been outstanding and supportive!!
