      We put in a maintenance request with Triumph Property Management for our dishwasher. It is not cleaning our dishes, especially the top rack and the top rack arm was not spinning. The service tech, sent by Triumph, came out on 3-28-2023. He looked at the dishwasher and stated it is an old dishwasher and to try using it on the high heat setting that might help. This did not fully resolve the issue and now the soap dispenser is not opening and we had to replace some plastic kitchenware, because of the high heat setting. He also stated that he would recommend getting a new dishwasher. He said the charge should be $75 and that he could get them to waive the service fee. We were initially overcharged $150 and then after complaining that exceeds our lease agreement amount of $100, they changed it to $100 instead of removing it. Our dishwasher is still not working properly and has not been replaced. I contacted the office for help with getting our dishwasher fixed and the $100 charge removed and how they were going to proceed with repairs. On 3-30-2023, ******* the office manager sent me a text message stating she was reopening our work order and she spoke with the owner and they planned on replacing the dishwasher. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to get in touch with the Office Manager or other staff members at the office via text, email, and leaving phone message. I have not heard from anyone at Triumph. I called the Triumph office and text 3-31-2023 and 4-5-23 and several other days since then and have not heard from them. My husband has also called them four times over the last 3 weeks with no callback. We have also requested, twice, that our lease be fixed. It states on the pet approval our 3 dogs are not approved, we paid a $750 deposit for our dogs. The leasing agent said that was just an error and that she would fix that. They agreed to fix it, yet it still is not corrected.

      Kelli did an amazing job helping me work through a very difficult time. I expected a very corporate response with no empathy but it was nice to feel like there was actually a person there who wanted to help me out and make it work. Super grateful, very happy.
