I have been trying to get ahold of this clinic for the past week to get my refill for my medication. The front desk ***** was extremely unprofessional and gaslit me the entire time. I feel like I am a ****** good patient and I try to stay into of my treatment. I finally get through to someone (and of course it is a Friday) and I am told that my provider is not in the office and I have to go to the ** to get my medicine if I need it. I informed them that I had an appt last month with my provider and it was cancelled with no correspondence to me. My dog had passed away and my appt slipped through the cracks with me realizing that I needed one when my medication was running low. Now I can either go to the hospital (and pay who knows how much money) or go without my antidepressants until my provider is in the office. Keep in mind thats FOUR days away. The provider in the office was also kind enough to send in a RX of the incorrect RX to accommodate me and than when I called to inform them that was the wrong medicine, ***** insisted that I told her I needed that medication. I told her I would have never mentioned that medication because I HAVE IT ALREADY. Now the provider is refusing to refill my meds (and rightfully so honestly). This place is a complete disaster and should be shut down. Gaslighting your patients to making them feel like they are in the wrong, when it is YOUR OFFICE that doesnt answer the phones or keep appointments feels like malpractice to me. This is not the only complaint I am making either.

I have recently been diagnosed with ADHD and have been suffering from Severe GAD for years. Coming here was supposed to help me with my mental illnesses not make it worse. Since coming here I have had nothing but issues. I have double insurance, *** and ***** I have never had to pay a co-pay. I had an appointment last month in June and my Dr scheduled me for a follow up appointment on 7/18/2022 at 2:30. I waited for the call that never came. So I called Psychare Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and finally today I got someone to finally answer the phone. She said that the reason the Dr didnt call me is because i didnt pay my co-pay. I never ever had a copay and she told me they "lost the contract with ****** and they are trying to get it back so in the meantime I have to pay a co-pay. I told them I would not be paying a co-pay and I would be leaving them for someone else but I need a refill of my prescriptions. She said they would not get me a refill without me paying a co-pay. I asked for a manager. This good for nothing joke of a manager gets on the phone named Derek H. He tried to tell me all kinds of things about MY insurance and how i am confused about what my primary insurance is. ABSOLUTLY unprofessional and definitely not someone who should be managing a mental health facility. Regardless. they are denying me speaking to my Dr. to get refills of my medications even though they no longer accept my secondary insurance and did not inform me so I could find another Dr. before my meds ran out. I believe they are doing this to their patients to try to get money out of them and when they call they are threatening them saying if they dont pay they do not get to talk to their Dr. and they will not get their medications refilled. This is absolutely HORRIFYING. People with mental illnesses cannot just stop taking their medications... and last time I checked they couldnt be denied speaking to their Dr either... something needs to be done before I have a mental breakdown

4/7/2022 My complaint is about the front desk receptionist named Jody. I received a call (not from her) and they left a message. When I called back, no one answered the phone after multiple rings. There was no answering machine either. I called again and the same thing happened, multiple rings with no answer and no machine to leave a message. I called a 3rd time and a woman named Jody answered the phone. As I was in the middle of talking to her she just hangs up on me. She never called back either. I called for the 4th time after that and no answer. Again, the phone rung multiple times and no answering machine to leave a message. I tried one last time to call and finally someone answered. Jody answered and I was finally able to speak. She told me the reason for the previous call. I asked to speak to the office manager and I was told that the manager wasn't there. She wouldn't let me speak to anyone else or give me an email. She was giving me attitude the whole time I was on the phone with her. I asked to cancel my appointment and she said I can and their will be no charge for canceling on the same day (hopefully that is true). This is extremely unprofessional. What if I had an emergency and I needed to talk? This practice is dealing with patients that are mentally ill, who have depression and other things going on with them. A simple hang up like Jody did, could of gone extremely bad with me if it was an emergency. I would like this to be dealt with. I attached a picture showing that they called me and I called them 5 times all at different times because no one would answer me and I got hung up on. Thank you.
