            this doctor md central point psychiatry on west sahara dr. alex d******** does not have any kind of a consideration towards me a very ill mentally and physical disabled paralyzed patient he sets the appointment for him to see me and then after i arrive holds me for 2 hours in his reception area for 2 hours after my appointment time and also he sets up the teem that i have telehealth conference on my smart phone i waited 2 hours no one came on line to talk to me the doctor and i called their office to notify them and no one returned my call to explain the situation and since i am a very ill physically mentally ill disabled patient i am unable to stand this kind of a very irresponsible and immoral and unethecal behavior toward me a very ill sick disabled paralyzed mentally emotionally.

            Would not recommend for anyone. The staff lack in communication and customer service skills. They are rude when they do pick up the phone. The doctor is always late for my appointments. I've been at this office for 8 years and if it wasn't a hassle to change to another doctor I would. I have to keep calling and leaving messages for PA on my medication every month or when I change to a new medication. The staff act as if they don't like to do their jobs and always have an attitude, never call you back when you leave a message.
