      This Company is a Scam. I don’t understand why they still in business. Every one Complaining about theme Stilling People money. The time Share is a Scam. You Paying for Something You will never Use. Literally they just Collecting People Money. THE CONCIERGE IS FULL OF ATTITUDE!!!!! THIS IS A REAL REAL SCAM!!!!!????????       El Dorado Resorts/Grandview are a horribly deceptive SCAM...One big SCAM. The associate resort/resorts are all sub-par...not well maintained and high-pressure sales representatives flat-out lie to customers about the cost of the ownership.

      Allow me to recount my recent stay at Grandview at Las Vegas Resort, a tale that leaves me with deep disappointment and a sense of having been misled. I feel compelled to share my experience as a word of caution for those considering this establishment. Upon arrival, I was initially enticed by the prospect of a remarkable vacation. However, my enthusiasm quickly waned as reality set in, revealing a stark contrast between the resort's portrayal and the actual experience. The marketing materials and presentations suggested a concept of "vacation ownership," which turned out to be a sophisticated term for timeshare. The notion of luxurious and flexible getaways was marketed, yet this reality proved far from the truth. Attempting to book accommodations within this resort turned into a cumbersome ordeal. Limited availability and complex procedures marred the process, overshadowing any sense of relaxation. While hidden costs are often associated with various accommodations, the extent of additional fees at Grandview was staggering. The revelation of maintenance charges, assessments, and unforeseen expenses felt like a financial quagmire. To make matters worse, the level of customer service left much to be desired. Communication was minimal, and my concerns were met with apathy, creating a disconnect between guest expectations and the actual service rendered. Promises made during initial presentations were disappointingly unkept. The lavish descriptions were a far cry from the reality experienced during my stay. I offer this review as a candid reflection of my encounter with Grandview at Las Vegas Resort. It is my hope that by sharing my experience, potential visitors may exercise caution and approach their decision with an awareness of the potential discrepancies between expectations and reality.

      I bought this Timeshare in ************************************************************************************************************************************* down.Each year there charge me for maintenance fees,This i didn't pay so there put me in collections to mess up my credit. I send them $282.00 for the bill and there sent it back to me. I told them before i want to canceled and there said i cannot cancel. i'm collecting Pension now and i cannot afford to pay for a timeshare that i'm not using .Can you help me get rid of it Please

      I just sent Grandview This Letter I am writing to see about canceling my agreement with your company. I owe you nothing and am paying the annual maintenance fees, so it is more than fair to ask that this be done without delay. Your company has cheated me in more than one way, and it is not feasible for this relationship to continue.       In the short time that we have been owners, we have realized Vacation Village's true colors & do not trust anything they say or do. We were told we would be able to travel anywhere at any time which is misleading. You cannot travel anytime you want because if you want to go somewhere at a time other than your 'week' you have to exchange and that is only if you have enough credits to exchange for where you want to go. We've realized it's cheaper to book a hotel through a discount website after paying maintenance fees & a mortgage for a timeshare we would only be using maybe every 3-4 years. When you book at other resorts you still have to pay all of their resort fees. We tried to get help from our 'personal account specialist,' Katherine R***, and her unhelpful solution was to try selling it on ebay or through a realtor. It has become a stressful hassle keeping up this ridiculous expense. We are ready to be done with this timeshare & all the financial stress & hardship it has caused.

      We are in receipt of the Customer Review submitted to the Better Business Bureau concerning their review of Grandview at Las Vegas dated September 21, 2021. Developer denies the allegations made in Consumer's Complaint. All of the terms, fees and costs associated with the purchase are documented in writing for mutual protection. There is no basis for termination of the Contract. The Contract that Consumer executed and entered into with Developer is valid and remains legally binding. Developer stands firm in its position of no wrong doing.
