we had issues with the smoke detectors. We made a work order with the property management we are leasing with. They ended up contacting Las Vegas Service Solutions to come out to fix it. The first time they came out it was out of the blue and my sister and I were in the middle of leaving our house. We allowed him to come in to take measurements and pictures of the smoke detectors. After it was all set and done with he told us we would receive a phone call to make an appointment for them to come out and fix it, we never received a phone call. Well on Monday 6/20/2022 around 2:13 pm we get a call from a gentleman named Carlos stating he is at our house trying to get in to fix the smoke detectors we proceeded to tell him that we are not home and he said it was fine that he can come on Wednesday to come fix it. We told him that was ok. Well yesterday evening at 5:55 Pm I get a phone call from a woman Natalia stating that the smoke detectors were fixed we told her they were not. We then told her that her technicians have come to our house twice unannounced, she started screaming and yelling at me calling me a liar. I told her I am going to contact the property management team to figure out what's going on. She still proceeded to call me a liar and told me that she needs to call the technician. 2 minutes later I get a phone call of her saying "I talked to him he never called you, you are lying" I told her I will not sit here and allow that she said yup bye and hung up. This morning I called the company and spoke to a woman named Ruth who told me she is manager and will talk to Natalia. As I am on the phone with ruth Natalia called me twice and I answered and she again was screaming and accusing me of lying I asked for someone above her grade, she repeated nope 5X and I ended up hanging up due to safety. I called the property management and she told me she received an email but never responded and proceeded to tell me that Natalia is the owners daughter.
