      I ordered an item from The raiders fan shop and they ended up sending it to a different address then what I entered and when I contacted the. They said that it was my fault and I entered the wrong address. I sent them back the emails showing that they sent me with my shipping address on it and they say it is not their fault it is mine. They said contact the business it was sent to so I did and they said they did not receive the package either. The last email I sent them they basically stated good luck finding your stuff and it is not their fault but will not answer why they sent it there even with re sending them proof of their emails with the correct shipping address

      Emails from and  to *** Web. Please see attached. This is a customer issue concerning entering an invalid address or an address input data incorrectly. We have made several attempts to the sister customer and resolving this issue however the customer seems to not be satisfied with their options. We have offered him store credit.we have also offered to re-ship the item however the size of the item that the customer order is no longer available.we have given them options to use a store credit which is a courtesy of Raiders Fan Shop. We are not going to issue a refund on an item that was lost by shipping carrier were by the customer Internet incorrect address. Please see all email attachments.

      I purchased a Las Vegas Raiders, *********** Elite Jersey on 08/18/2022. With Priority Shipping I paid a total of $239.89. The item was shipped 1st class shipping not even Priority Shipping. When the item did arrive it was the incorrect jersey. I emailed the business immediately and told them of this to which they apologized and said they have been busy. I offered to ship their wrong item back in exchange for what I purchased if they would send me a shipping label. I was told they would send the right jersey if they are sent the wrong one back and I sent proof of shipment with a tracking number. I said I shouldn't have to pay the shipping cost for their mistake and asked how I would be reimbursed for the shipping to which I received no reply.. I went to the post office and shipped the wrong item back and sent the business an email advised of the return shipment and provided a tracking number. I asked them if they could send me the correct jersey via overnight shipping for the inconvenience and costs of having to send the wrong item back. I received no reply. I want what I paid for or my money back ($229.99) including the $5.85 I paid for shipping the wrong jersey back to them. I think I've been very reasonable.

The exchange is is out of stock and on back order. Once the item is in stock as a courtesy we will exchange and ship the item promptly. RAIDERS FAN SHOP RETURN POLICY If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date. Products returned or exchanged must include: the original sales receipt and original tags attached. Products returned or exchanged must be in new condition. Products that do not fit the above criteria are not eligible for return or exchange and may be sent back to the customer. Exchanges may require additional shipping charges. Original and return shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Customers are only permitted to exchange products at Las Vegas Raiders Outlet at the address below. Custom jerseys and swimwear are final sale, and are not eligible for return or exchange. The incorrect item was returned to them the same way it was sent to me. I ordered an *********** Elite Jersey for $299.99. plus a USPS Priority Shipping mail fee of $9.90. Total paid was $239.89. Instead of my order of the *********** Elite Jersey, I was sent a ****** ******* 2020 Inaugural Jersey, which is an item not comparable to the item I ordered. The business told me to send back the incorrect jersey in exchange for the correct one. I asked them to send me a shipping label as the consumer should not have to pay for the company's mistake. They did not send me a shipping label. I sent their incorrect jersey back well within their return guidelines and was told the jersey I ordered was on back order and it would be sent last week. I purchased my original product on 08/18/2022 and still have not received my jersey or confirmation of shipment. Since this organization cannot fulfill my order I asked for a refund in which I've been denied. This company not only has made me pay for their mistake with shipping their incorrect order to them, they also refuse to send me the correct product I ordered and refuse to refund my money back. Pretty much they have stolen $239.89 plus the $5.85 in shipping their incorrect order back to them. They received the wrong product they sent and I have fulfilled everything I needed to do to get them their item back. All I want, reasonably, is what I paid for or my money back, immediately. This small company needs to be held accountable for it's deceptive business practices. The way they have treated me as a customer is unacceptable.
