I Spoke with them via email to discuss placing an order for some hats. We discussed terms and I said I would get back to them when I was ready to place the order. They went ahead and started the order anyway without my permission and now they want me to pay $146 in a "restocking fee". I have done business with them 3 times before and they have never started production without payment before. I had not signed or made any agreements/payments.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2022/07/13) */ ***Document Attached*** Customer specifically asked us to secure the blank garments and begin the order, due to volatile inventory. See attached email correspondence with customer agreeing to us making the purchase. The monies are due and payable and will be sent to collections.
