I called on Monday 3 July to fix a clogged toilet that is shooting up f**** through the shower. A repair man came from Elliotts and ran air through the line. He said it was fixed. On 4 July, after tasting the toilet, it did it again. I called on 5 July and Elliotts said they have to charge me again for the same job. I feel hustled out of the $100 I originally paid for a job not complete. Im told by the company it isnt their problem. Im black. The company representative Ive been dealing with (plumber is the same person on the phone) is white. I feel disregarded and dismissed because of my race. *****************************Business response

On 7/3/2023 We were called out to **** ****************** to fix a backed up toilet. Customer states that we used air to clear toilet, we did not. We used a cable through the toilet to clear the blockage as stated on the invoice. The customer stated in the complaint that it backed up again on the fourth. Our phone record and recording of the phone call he states that it backed up again the night of the 3rd. He stated that he feels that there should not be a charge, but he did not call on the fourth due to holiday pricing. My tech stated that we do not guarantee toilets for 30 days but would honor a 24 hour. Our reason for not going back out to the sight to refix this issue is the phone call we recieved. Elliotts will not work with anyone who insults, calls racially insulting names and threatens our employees. We have the phone call and 2 witnesses to the phone call between ***************************** and our field supervisor.
