      I received a pair of shoes that did not fit. I paid to have them returned via FedEx with the tracking number. This company received the shoes back on June 17. I have had to call them four times and have been promised a refund. We are going on 30 days with the same promise. No refund no email confirmation that they are refunding me just the promise every time I call. This is theft!!!

      Placed an order and received shipping information however the order never actually left the warehouse. I had to wait two weeks to finally get someone to admit the order was lost and have a replacement sent. The replacement order was supposed to be shipped with expedited shipping however I have still not even received tracking information on the order after several days

      Would not cancel or refund Immediately after I ordered I noticed my shipping address was incorrect. I contacted this company by phone within seconds of my order and was told they could do nothing. I then contacted them by email and received no response. I was sent a message that the shoes shipped today ( to the incorrect addr... reviews.me

      I placed and order and received wrong shoes and size. I contacted customer service who said to return and once received it would take 14 days to process before they would send me my CORRECT shoes. This was unacceptable and requested a refund. Again, I was told the same thing 14 days after they receive. I asked to speak to someone in management and was originally declined. After several attempts asking for a supervisor, I was placed on hold. I was then advised they would send out the correct shoe immediately. Several days go by without a shipping email. I contacted customer service and was told it was still in processing. OVER A WEEK LATER I contacted customer service again this time to be told my shoe was out of stock sorry and I would be refunded. Only when I contacted them, I was told my shoes was out of stock. What a terrible company and worse more customer service, which appears to not even be USA based.

      Not only does it take weeks to get an order but God forbid you use their sizing chart and then have to do an exchange because it took over a month and me contacting their horrible CS to get them to actually sort of answer questions and issue a refund that I am not holding my breath that will actually be issued and received. Their customer service is horrendous, their shoes are as well ..the pair we did keep are already falling apart and coming unsewn.

      This company is a joke. You can't get anywhere with Customer Service. They've had a pair of shoes I needed to exchange for over a month now. No verification that they revieived them and no response to emails. I finally contacted via ******** and was told my style was out of stock. They "issued store credit" which was a lie. There was no store credit given. What are they doing with all this money they're stealing from customers?

      They stole my money and "Issued a Refund" but the refund never comes. Then, they tell you "sorry for the inconvenience" and to check with your financial institution. Not to mention this all started with ordering shoes from a Gift Card I received for Christmas and the shoes never came. So I spoke with them over chat and they gave me credit and then I ordered new shoes and they never came. This company is an absolute disaster and they are thieves and need to be shut down. How many similar complaints does it take? Someone needs to start a class-action lawsuit. Hey Dude, kick rocks, you're absolute garbage people.

      I originally contacted Hey Dude via email when they sent me a confirmation email with an address that was mine but I had never given them. This is a legal and privacy concern for me. I responded to that customer service email and never received a response. "I need to cancel this order, Heydude is sending the shoes to one of my addresses that I did not enter in the shipping address. I'm not sure how you got that address but this is a privacy concern and I am not comfortable with the way this company handles sensitive information. My laptop does not autofill addresses or anything of that sort. Please cancel immediately and I need to contact your legal department." Because I did not receive a response, I used the live chat feature three days later. The first agent told me to contact the shipping company and that there was nothing they could do. After contacting a second agent, they told me the same this but I insisted that I had to speak with a legal department because Heydude accessed private information that they did not have permission of. Basically, my three major issues are 1. The shoes were sent to an address I will not be able to access for a few days. 2. The address I entered was different from the address the shoes are shipping to. This is a privacy concern. I need to know how they acquired this information. 3. Customer service has been little to no help. I am very willing to speak with anyone to get this resolved. It is hard to fix something or get any answers when there is poor customer service.

      Terrible customer service. Crap company apparently. The supervisor was sarcastic hung up on me, when I advised it was not acceptable for the company to have my money, the original paid for pair of shoes, and the new pair of shoes without me having any confirmation that I am getting them. They have had all three since 1/11/24 and I still have nothing for another two weeks. Also kept changing their answers on timelines for processing and tracking numbers being supplied.

      I purchased 2 pairs of shoes for Christmas for my children, one being in the Army(purpose of stating that is he is only home for Christmas). They were GAURANTEED to be delivered within 5 business days. They were ordered the 10th of Dec. I received a tracking number and even a email stating be on the lookout your order would be delivered today. Needless to say they were not so I called and sat on the phone for 20 min for a person to tell me I will receive them the 19th of December GAURANTEED. The 20th of Dec I still haven't received said items so I call yet again for someone to tell me no it'll be the 22nd. I waited on the 22nd of Dec still no-show, so I email again asking what the status is, and I received a email stating to be patient it takes 7 to 10 days from time of order. I politely replied do the math Dec 10th to Dec 23rd is 13. So I proceeded to request a refund and was told I would have to wait for the shipping company to pick them up from Hey Dude, wait for them to be delivered and then request a return. This is the worst service I have ever received from any company. Thank you HEY DUDE FOR RUINING CHRISTMAS
