June 2nd the product was ordered. The company took five weeks to deliver product. The product color and size was wrong. The company refuses to refund full amount. The company offers a replacement once available and other product is retuned.Initial Complaint

I made a purchase on May 25th 2024 from the website www.summerfootstyles.com in the amount of $44.93. Now according to their website theyre located in ********* which should not take any longer than 5-7 days. Or at least provide me with a tracking number so when I didnt receive any tracking or shipping updates I was concerned so my first attempt of contact via email was sent out on May 30th 2024. With no response I again contacted via email on June 5th 2024 with no response once again my next attempt via email was June 14th 2024 and by this point I was searching for a customer service number but was unable to locate one. So now we are in July to be exact July 16th 2024 and I receive my tracking information through an app called shop so I checked it this morning & low & behold I have a tracking # finally via ***** from the company so i clicked on ******* brought me to the ***** website it proceeded to state that this tracking number does not exist. So instead of clicking the number itself from the shop app i decided to go directly to the ***** website & manually enter the tracking number & once again it stated to me the same message that the tracking number does not exist. So I went through all my emails & clicked on one that said my order has been shipped. I must have missed the email because I would have absolutely opened it. But with that being said I clicked the exact same tracking number provided which was still saying it was by ***** so when I clicked the tracking number directly from the email it brought me to some strange shipping website/carrier out of *****. And it just said order is order arrived at delivery point in ***** please be patient but the date was stated as arriving in ********, ***** on July 20th 2024 which the date today is only July 16th 2024 so how is that possible. Needless to say ive tried many times to reach out to them I have all the proof of all of my receipts, order numbers etc. any info that *** help my complaint stand I have.Initial Complaint

Order placed with Summer Foot Styles/ Premier Trust Store on 6/1/2024. After several weeks passed I reached out to Summer Foot Styles and the Premier Trust Store and receive an automated message from both email sources stating that my status was updated. It was apparent that I was receiving the same emails with no real update. I have exhausted all attempts to receive shipment information to no avail. The ***** tracking number provided is invalid. I believe this is a fraudulent exchange for goods paid for. I want this thoroughly investigated with a result of a refund or shipment of my merchandise. Furthermore, I want future prospective buyers to be aware.
