I purchased a ****** watt solar panel system, a ****** watt battery backup and a 24kw backup generator in July 2022. The system was installed in the spring of 2023. They installed the solar panels as contracted. They installed a ****** watt inverter for the solar panels, not ****** *****. My peak power generated prior to the inverter being installed is ****** *****. Since the inverter was installed, my peak power is less than 10, 000 *****. I am losing almost ***** ***** of production for an average of 5.8 hours per day. I have attempted to get this rectified through Best Solar Now and Titan Solar, but with no luck.The generator was to be a dollar value pass through for $12,500. I was to get a local company to install the generator. Best Solar Now only sent me $10,500. My attempts to get the balance from Best Solar Now have been unsuccessful. I have attempted to get their supplier, Titan Solar, to pressure Best Solar Now to send me the other $2,000. That process seems to have stalled, therefore I am sending this complaint outside of the 12 month window.Therefore, I am requesting the $2,000 for the generator to be sent to me. I am requesting the inverter either be exchanged for the correct wattage or an additional inverter be installed.Initial Complaint

We hired best solar in October of 2022 to install solar panels by the end of the year. we had a contract as well After many frustrating calls, *******************************(Sales) and ***** came out to our house and we signed a second contract, effectively nullifying the first. Or so we thought. ***** and ***** said their installer, Flex solar could not keep up so they were going with another installer for us. The other installer cam out quickly, But, then *********** came back in the picture. ***** and ***** revived our Zombie contract from October-sort of- and *********** installed our panels in mid April 2023. Forward to now, we still can't use them as there is a paperwork problem. THey won't ************* or call me back I don't know what to do. Please help. Oh and yeah *** paying on a loan for them and I can't use them.Business response

I have already reached out to the customer directly through text to resolve this issue. The issue isnt with our company directly, the issue they are having is with the company they have a signed contract with so this wouldnt pertain to us.Business response
