      It has been 10 months since we signed the contract still not completed and still have not received our ****** cash back. The financial company has already paid. No one answers our questions and we would like this resolved. We have uploaded the contract and loan agreement.

      Fraudulent company that scammed me out of ******************************************************** all the same company with the same members, they're just switching the name of the company to misdirect customers, cause confusion and buy themselves time by passing customer complaints onto "new company owners". But there's nobody new there, it's still the same 5 scumbags as before. Solatera has been accredited with the BBB for less than a year and uses Sunvolt's NV License # *******, which is suspended as of 6/8/24 and has been since 5/19/24. Yet, they're still out here conducting business as usual.Feel free to look up the license violations: Diversion of money, Failure to keep records showing contract receipts and disbursements, Failure or refusal to respond to request to cooperate in investigation of complaint, Failure or refusal to comply with a request for information or records, to name a few.

      We understand how frustrating this experience has been and this customer has been contacted and the situation has been resolved.This matter took place prior to Solatera Energy company merge. As new owners have stepped in place and took the initiative to contact this previous customer to make the matter right.

      I was sold a solar system by Solatera Energy and contracted by Sunvolt. Initially the process went great and there was an engineer or manager working at their office that was extremely helpful (******** think). But after January, I was not able to get ahold of ANYONE. I finally got ahold of ******, who I looked up is the owner of Sunvolt. As the owner, he was very rude and did not offer any help. He told me to contact Solatera Energy for updates on my project, even though he is the one installing my system! It's been 5 months, and a terrible experience. I need the incentives I was promised, and I need reimbursement for the loan payments I've been charged since February 13. The system is still not on, and I am seeking legal council to potentially take the company to court.

      Owners of our company tried to contact the person listed by phone and email to no avail. He doesn't even show in our database.
