****** in their office will call you and lie to you about how they got your information. She is unbelievably rude and refuses to give her managers information when she does not stop harassing you. I asked her to take me off their calling list and she said they dont have a calling list. She said I am listed as the owner of my property and she got my information by the assessments they are doing with NVE on all of the homes in my area, however my property is in the name of a trust and my contact information is not listed on my property or with the county assessors office for this property. My information was definitely bought and paid for through a third party. She refused to remove me from their calling list and I asked her to stop calling me. She continued calling me, so I blocked the number she called me from and saved it in my phone as Scam Likely so if for any reason the call came through I would not answer it. A few days later (today 4/18/24) she called me from a different number, and I immediately recognized her voice, her name, and the company name. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said she doesnt have a boss. ****** does not own the company, therefore she has a boss. ****** refused to give me the contact information of their manager, and when I again asked her to take me off her calling list she continued to talk and try to sell me solar panels which again I am not interested in. ****** did not allow me to talk and continued reading her sales pitch. As a company representative of Direct Solar, she continually harassed me on multiple occasions and this is an illegal practice. I contacted the (408) phone number listed for this business and left a voicemail asking for a member of management to discuss with me the harassment by ****** and they have not reached out to me.
