April 24 2024 team arrived to install critter gaurd around our solar panels, remove nesting pigeons and clean panels. had to have them return to reclean a due to pigeons renesting. Service Manager acknowledged pigeons present and incomplete critter gaurd. Also stated many tiles damaged by installation team. They had a roofing service come and quote damage repair. This was done approximately may 2nd. Peak then called another roofing service to bid. This occurred approximately may 17th. They have refused to take my calls on multiple occassions sending me to voicemail. I have tried to contact ****** on her cell phone only to have it sent to voicemail. ******* has always referred me back to ****** claiming she does not know about the work. I want my roof repaired, a third part inspector after repair is completed to verify work was done complete and correct.Business response

The delay was due to unforeseen circumstances with the roofing company handling the repair. These delays were communicated to ********************, and we have since completed the necessary repairs to his satisfaction.
Mr. Frankinas roof is now fixed, and he has expressed his contentment with the resolution. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to ensuring such delays do not occur in the future.
