This client obtained our services for document preparation and consulting services on 12/2/22. Client's income driven repayment plan has been approved per the service agreement. Client requested for recertification and it is not part of the agreement. Client was told she can recertify on her own pertaining to her income driven repayment plan. Advised the client for TEPSLF - it will only be considered by DOE/Mohela. She did not fulfill the federal guidelines and stipulations set in place. Our service agreement reflects our services has been completely rendered and the attachment reflects it was properly submitted.Customer response

This company advised the process would be completed by December 2023. If thats the case, why do I have to pay an additional fee to prove my income if it was to be completed by December? I have spoken to the company many times and was told the man I was working with was either out sick, on vacation, and once I was told he was on his honeymoon. Below is my notes from my experience with this company

Student loan guy called to tell me *********************** is on vacation and will call me in the next few days

Called left message 5pm
******************* (on his honeymoon) said Dec something should happen. Said they refilled my apply to **** of education.will this complain be available for any other prospective clients? I want to warn anyone!!
