Our Contract with BSquared Management was for 3 months of booking, press, and playlisting services. We contracted them for six months so, in total they invoiced for and we've paid $3,000. We had multiple conversations with their staff and owner about what their team would do for us and what they promised our money would buy. Booking services were to book shows for our band, we have only successfully booked one show through Bsquared so I don't think they are contacting any venues. Press services were to include social media posts, local features, and interviews, none of that has been offered in a month. Playlisting is a promotional service that is supposed to boost your Spotify following, we have not seen any growth in any of our Spotify numbers in the six months we've been utilizing Bsquared. Bsquared has had many major staffing changes just within the time that we have worked with them. This fact is very concerning on it's own, We have talked with staff and made our expectations clear. They've agreed to the quality and effort of work discussed. Between the staffing changes and what I'm starting to wonder about being fraudulent business practices we have not seen any progress or results from their company. They were contracted in writing to continue these services until November 15, 2022. As of October 3, 2022 we have not heard from them at all. So, at this point they have been negligent in their contract with us for at least three weeks.Business response

We believe there is a misunderstanding here as we felt it was communicated to us that you were not pleased with the booking offerings being presented and requested that we halt work in this department. We did agree to continue with press outreach and sent you conversations as they came in. We have not had any replies to our emails with offers or phone calls to *** or his Team for over a month.
