On July 31st, my stay at the Cancun Resort in Las Vegas, as a longstanding member of ******* ****** *************, left me bewildered and dissatisfied. Because of my loyalty, I have to tell you that despite my loyalty, the persistence of attending presentations upon making reservations had become an undeniable frustration. During my encounter with the sales representative, DK, who claimed to represent ***, I was led to believe that converting my ******* ****** membership would be a lucrative move, promising an array of benefits and a substantial number of nights annually. DK enthusiastically painted a picture of exceptional value for the hefty sum I was paying, assuring me that the conversion would grant me at least ten nights per year. Unfortunately, this has proven to be a gross misrepresentation. The crux of my dissatisfaction lies in the unfulfilled promises and the exorbitant charges associated with the conversion. A staggering US$ 13,910 for the conversion and an additional $1,200 for maintenance and club fees have left me questioning the rationale behind such steep financial commitments. The disparity between the promised benefits and the actual outcomes raises severe concerns about the value I am receiving for my substantial investment. I find myself grappling with the absurdity of this situation. While I acknowledge the principle of paying for services rendered, the exorbitant fees I've incurred seem wholly disproportionate to the current benefits, or lack thereof, I am currently experiencing. Because of these discrepancies, I have to request a return to my previous ******* ****** membership and a refund of the $13,910 US dollars and $1,200 in fees. I am left questioning the transparency and fairness of the conversion process, and it is only that I will be granted the opportunity to reassess my membership and financial commitment in light of the actual benefits provided.

Very Scary place False advertisement don’t be fooled these are glorified apartments with a nice pool in the middle that are filled with locals that live there full time we checked in at midnight and tried to check out by 7 ambecause the balcony is connected to the other balconies and someone can just jump on to your balcony also the kitchen appliances are old and outdated not like you see in the pictures they provide The pictures they provide are misleading all they show you is the lobby and the view of the pool and it must’ve been the nicest room they had because it surely Wasn’t what we received so then I go to the lobby to check out explain our fears and concerns they were very rude and would not even let me talk to the manager he arrive for work 15 minutes late and they told me he has a meeting and they don’t know how long he will be in the meeting So I come back two hours later and he is still not available so the lady at the front desk handles my refund tells me 1 to 5 days and that my deposit would be released the same day it’s been six days and I have not received my refund for my deposit or my trip and they demanded that they charge me for the first night which was ridiculous and the worst part about it was the corporate office I talk to two people in corporate everyone there claims to be a manager which is ridiculous the first person I talk to was sympathetic and understanding but he said since I booked through Booking.com there was nothing he could do for me and the second person I talk to at corporate was so mean and so rude after I explain to her I have a three and a four-year-old kid stranded in Vegas waiting on a refund she be rates me she talked me like I’ve never been talk to in my life I was told it’s not their fault that we are afraid she said you weren’t threatened you weren’t harmed it’s not our fault that you don’t feel safe so we’re not doing anything for you and that’s just the beginning of the tongue lashing she gave me and that’s corporate

We had purchased a Monarch Time share when we were in ****** under false pretense that they were building a Hawaiian location. Long story short: no Hawaiian location, Monarch purchased by Diamond resorts and Diamond purchased by ******. One location that was under Monarch plan was Cancun Resorts, ********* three miles *************. No parking on strip so one needs to depend on $60 per day on either Uber or Taxi. Once you refuse to upgrade,service is non existent. The problem is you just want to use your time share they get upset with you and treat the owner of the time share with disdain. Want to buy a time share ???
