      I was scammed to get a timeshare meand my wife didn't know anything about what a timeshare was and we signed a contract and now our credit is getting hit by this I need help to get out of this timeshare.

      I got scammed on getting a timeshare and people lied to me and my wife now this damn timeshare is hitting my credit and can't seem to get them off my back. I need these guys to cancel the timeshare ASAP. Any recommendations on how to cancel the timeshare

      It started as Elderado' s resorts at Westin gateway a timeshare why can't we take the to court for the scam job they do to elderly and young dumb kids that doesn't know anything about this business and it ashame how America does this to their own or to anyone for this matter and the way my Timeshare is set up I can't use it for every other year but the way the lady told us that you would be able to rent anytime you want as long as the RCA is not using it at that time but come to find out that that's not so my daughter fell on hard times and she wasn't able to pay her portion of the payments and I told them I'm on a fixed income and e can't pay her portion and it went to collections how can I be done with this can I do a chapter 13 or something anything Thank you Sonia *******

      I been trying to contact them and by phone and e mail and nobody has responded nobody answers the phone, I have been trying to loging in to my account and they said is invalid account and I contact the company and there is no respond, there are many things in the contract that they dont toll you ? Is scams, scams how can I cancel this contract ? Anybody can please let me know ? I really appreciate. Be aware of this.

      The service here is horrible. I was harassed by an employee named Rico after doing a timeshare tour. I was asked to provide a star rating for the property and gave them a one and the sales person helping me yelled in a room full of people that I rated them a one star. After that Rico followed me to the next part of the process and told the representative that I gave them a one star and to take their time with processing my rewards. I've never felt so intimidated or harassed him my life

      The lack of accountability from this timeshare has been disappointing! I want out and I cannot express enough the way I have felt taken advantage of. The way that the customer s are treated has been unacceptable. It makes you feel like you are literally throwing money down the drain. There is no value in the way we are treated and the least bit of inconvenience when it comes to finances has been disappointing to watch , to say the least . The fact that valued customers are treated no different, who have been committed to a company so big is distasteful and I feel ripped off. This is not what we signed on for and we WANT OUT!!!!

      Since purchasing, I have had many issues with Vacation Village.
      For starters, I was literally pushed into making this purchase with high pressured sales tactics. I said no on multiple different occasions to the sales representatives and they kept bringing in new people to try and convenience me otherwise. I was putting numbers into my phone to get a more accurate position of what I was getting into. The second sales manager actually pushed my phone away from me, pulled the financial estimation sheet, and showed me more figures instead of allowing me to use my calculator on my phone. I started to really get upset and they finally backed off and the floor manager joined us and apologized to me for the abrupt actions of his staff and that I would be reserved for another vacation and possible theme park tickets from the company to reexamine the offer and start going over all of the benefits of the unit. After this, I did consider the unit and felt compelled to make the purchase.
      I have attempted to use this timeshare twice by calling the resort, and calling RCI attempting to utilize the week that is assigned to me, or with the weeks that went to RCI for use later on. In calling to create a week's vacation, units were not available. I even attempted to be flexible and make reservations weeks before that targeted date, but that didn't happen either. I simply became frustrated and left it alone. Feeling that I could utilize the unit or RCI at a later time which never happened. My experiences in attempting to use the time which I paid for, NOT being able to do so, has left me regretting this purchase.
      None of the aforementioned promises have come to fruition and have in fact caused hardship to my financial situation as it currently stands. I have sent complaints to Vacation Village with no response. At this point, I want out of this ownership and a refund for what I have paid as I have never been able to use the timeshares.
