DO NOT BUY! A member since 2001. Love the condo and concept But company is ripoff! Cost $600 for Free transfer of ownership to our children. Took 6 months for paperwork while we could Not use timeshare, BUT we had to keep paying maintenance fees at $95/month. You have to pay $5.00 to make a payment. Phone people are nice BUT Worldmark is a ripoff. DO NOT BUY

Please, please, PLEASE... do NOT buy ANYTHING from this company!!! They are a scam, unethical and their only interest is to lie to you to get your money. I spent more hours that I can count trying to cancel my 85 year-old mother's timeshare with these crooks, but to no avail. She can no longer travel and to be honest, rarely if EVER, used this "time share" when she did travel, because all of their locations are so crappy and rundown. This is the WORST company you could ever choose to do business with. Trust me... do NOT give them your money or even your time. You will regret it and if they tell you you can cancel... don't buy it.

I have been a member to Worldmark the club for about 7 years +. This is absolutely a complete scam in which it is impossible to exit. I felt pressured into buying in to it. It was promised that it was an inexpensive way to get vacations. The cost of a vacation would only be a faction. I am unable to use it. They never have availability. The maintenance for a club is paid monthly and for some reason an extra fee is always rolled over and by the end of the year I owe anywhere from 100 to $200 more than what it already is and I never missed a payment. I have pay too much for this ownership try to get out of it but unable to no one will help no one wants to help even third parties can't help. Please do not buy this timeshare or even think of buying anytime shares they're all scams!!! I would give it 0 star but i am unable to do that.

I have been a member of their "club" for a couple of decades now. I strongly feel it is a complete scam, but I have been unable to exit. I was pressured into buying in to it, promised that it was an "inexpensive way to get vacations for life" at a fraction of the cost....instead, I am unable to use it (I have been unable to use their "services" for around 7 years now), but am an "owner" of digital credits that they take away each year, and pay "membership dues and maintenance" for a club that I have absolutely no desire to be part of, but can't leave, to the tune of apx $2400/year, and have paid close to $100K over the course of my unwanted "ownership" that I STILL can neither get rid of nor sell. I absolutely hate this "club", feel like they are a form of financial slavery, and feel that they have lied to me at every turn. Please, please, please, if you have EVER considered buying a timeshare from them, PLEASE, learn from my mistakes and stay FAR away from this one....you will regret it for the rest of your life if you buy in to their scam.!!! Buyer definitely beware!!!

They are all a bunch of liars and we fell for it hook, line and sinker. Their customer service is horrible. we have been trying for 3 years to get some changes done. Don't fall for this company.

They are criminals who prey on vacationers and mislead and lies about an investment when it’s timeshare they are selling. Send credit card with enormous credit balance when you didn’t apply for a card. They are scammers.

Sales people at the ********* resort committed credit card fraud by secretly applying for a Wyndham Rewards credit card when we were told our info was needed to verify eligibility in applying for the vacation club. This was after we told 4 people we weren't buying anything.
