      Took my kia ******* 2005 for repair. I paid for the oil pump to be replaced i paid 500. After picking up the car it started shaking and was leaking oil. I brought the car back and was told there was something in the engine that needed to be fixed and paid 1150. Car was in shop 2 weeks and i was told vehicle is repaired. I picked up the car and 2 days later drove the car to the convenience store and the vehicle suddenly stopped working. The shop sent a tow truck after i complained and i received a call stating the car is not working anymore. I went to the shop and they had taken apart the vehicle and i was advised to sell it to the junk yard. The person i was dealing with named ***** didnt want to answer my questions anymore. I went into the shop and he didnt want to even face me. When i asked what happened he simply laughed. I was also charged for the labor even though nothing was fixed and my car was being sold to the junk yard. I dont feel right about anything that happened. I paid for most of the transaction in cash because he kept saying i was gonna pay too much in taxes if i paid by card. That statement itself should of had me out the door because i thought taxes were charged regardless unless they r not reporting the full amount of the repair or perhaps ***** is stealing from the company so many things come to mind from that statement. This bussiness is dishonest and i truly believe the vehicle would have been fine if i would have chosen a different mechanic shop

      The date of transaction was 08/04/2023 I bought rims and tires for my car I asked them ahead of time I would have any problems with them they told me no maybe a little shaking I went back a couple days later to tell them there was noise coming from the rims they check they put the wrong bults so they changed them I let them know my ABS sensor kept coming they told me it would go away I told them I would be leaving to *********** they said I would be fine during this whole time I never had to drive on the freeway I was driving fine for a while when out of no where my wheels started shaking horrible to the point where I lost control and almost got my family killed I was with my wife and son I called them to let them know and they do not want to take responsibility for putting the incorrect equipment on my vehicle I got my car checked by a professional tire shop and they showed me everything that they did they messed up a bunch of my car parts that I had to replace they dont wont to be liable and pay me for the parts nor give me my money back I have tried speaking with them and they are being negligent I am reporting them for the same reason they can end up hurting someone or getting someone killed just because they want to make money that should not be how it works if there is any way of getting a copy of this complaint if I can get it emailed to me at ******************************* because I will be taking them to court

      after reviewing the claim let me advise you that we are all about safety. customer states that he came back a couple of days later when the lug nuts were replace before he left.  He drove the vehicle long enough including a drive all the way to ********** with no issues.  the issues he did not report it unitl he got all the way to californa.  he called when he was there already. he claims that he took the vehicle to a professional tire shop yet he did not present any report or paperwork showing the so call damages that occured.  all he demanded was his money back.  my belief is that he liked this other wheels and switch them while being in **********.  that set up requires spacers and lug nuts which he re used with this new wheels and this are part of my package.  he refused to returned the spacers and lug nuts as he is using them with these new wheels.  he was offered a refund minus $400 for the use of the product and the spacers and lug nuts.  we are more than willing to get this resolved but when we get our product ofcourse in good condition  back minus the $400.

      I brought my car in because I have a check engine light and I need to pass smog I told him I have been to several shops previously has been costing over $5000 for no results and I need my car fixed so that I can actually drive it and I've been playing Russian roulette with the other shops and could not afford to do so any longer. They said I need a tuneup and some hoses after coming back a couple times because the check engine light keeps coming on after they fix it they called me to pick up my car because The mechanic gave up and after taking it to two different shops they don't know what's wrong with it They then offer me hundred dollars back but I'd already gave them over $800 with the same issues from when I dropped it off So I believe whatever work that was done was not actually needed and they should have never charged me for the work to have the same issue and the same codes on my vehicle No resolution just money lost again and for them to offer me a small portion on my money back I know something is up

      Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/08/11) */ the car came in here with the check engine lithg on with a code of p0300,p0304 and p0171 ,we proceeded to do a dynostic on the truck and the tech determining the first thing to do is a tune up due to the sparkplugs being bad,with the tune up being done the code p0300,p0304 were gone only left with the code p0171 we could not figure out what was the cause to tha code so we decide to refung the money for the dynostic that was $100 with that being set the costumer never told us that the truck alredy was in multiple shops and the work that we did (tune up) it was a service to the engine that was 100% necessary ,the coustomer never complaint and she undertood and never come back to complain, Consumer Response /* (3000, 13, 2022/08/12) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The shop knew exactly that I went to other shops I showed the girl who took my first payment how much I paid the other shops that's why she said OK I'll come back and I said this is the same time I have the same problem every time I shop fix something I can't even drive a half a mile before the check agent light comes back on yet when I paid all the money that I pay the shop I want to another shop and a fixed ignition coil that was a problem the whole time with the code that I was having it wasn't with the spark plugs or the tun because I already had a tuneup lesson six months prior I have my receipt for that the code was that they had on there but that was the the issue as to what I fixed it was the the ignition coil that why was the car was mis firing went to a new shop I got the code fixed and I got the car smog after two years
