On the early morning of March 16, 2023, a "keep right" sign was laying in the middle of the road flat. I was driving and when I saw the sign, it was too late to swerve. I ran over the sign and it popped up and created a dent in my door. I believe the sign was not properly secured as it was really windy the night before. This is on Cactus between ******** and *******. Many of the signs look like the one I attached after they have been damaged. After having the county investigate, they said it was the construction company ********. and gave me *********************** Superintedent. ****** kept saying someone at Superior Traffic Services would contact me to resolve this issue. Finally at he beginning of June, he gave me the phone number. I was told to contact ********. I talked to ******** and was told to send her an email ************************** She hasn't responded and I called her office yesterday and sent another email still with no response. I sent pictures and estimates of the damage. The also just reused the same sign after it was ran over.
